They would go out of the way to do this because? Do they not realise that modders will and already have in 24 hours managed to get them to spawn? Oh look at all the unhappiness, those dances are a clear indication of peoples outrage and unhappiness. I'm not going to have this conversation with you because your very likely going to be closed minded on the matter. If you want you can do some research and learn about Russia and maybe you'll see that 90% of what Western news channels which are also part state controlled are BS'ing you with regards to Russia.
