This is the way GTA IV works, you'll see it with cars, when you get in a car, thats put in memory and spawned everywhere, same last bit applies to peds too. As far as I know, no fix.

Check MSI Afterburner's GPU temp stuff, 980 Ti has ABPR which means it could be pushing something like 1500mhz out of the core and then throttles, but apart from that, probably hardware stuff... Return!

It's not exactly apples to apples comparison. Skylake has a smaller process, meaning quieter operation, less fans needed, less power and better per core performance. Not to mention that it apparently comes in a sweet looking box. Oh and this, (left) 4690K - 6600K (right)

Skylake still has compatibility with DDR3 I believe, with DDR3 boards available last time I checked.

You are right, V will use cars in patchday__ if possible, with x64__ being if the car isnt there.

Whatever you want to do, V does have native support for more vehicles, so really, in V, you could have INFINITY modded cars as well as graphic mods that make the game look real.

That sentence is not true, if you don't have GTA V, you can't compare it, if you don't like V's handling, there is always handling mods out.

Waay more than that, and no, I'm not referring to Securom errors, I'm talking about the fact it crashes within about 5 minutes of gameplay, seriously, if your actually getting that rig and want to unleash it, get GTA V.
