Have you read the readmes for each mod? Some require you to put them in different locations.

We do not allow linking to/uploading of game files, as this is considered piracy. You can verify your files or reinstall your game. You seriously should have got the disc version with that internet, a 10-15 min walk that would save you up to 2 days and 16 hours.

Use Ragehook 29, 30 & 31 dont work with LSPDFR and 32 has other issues.

Have you followed all of the pinned topics instructions at the top of this section of the forum? Those should fix this issue.

Make sure your installing them in the right places, some cars latest files are in various different places, read the readme for each mod.

You have to launch the game through RagePluginHook.exe, if that file doesn't exist, reinstall Ragehook from ragepluginhook.net. startup.rphs should open in notepad by default, this is correct.
