Just install the automatic installer. All you have to do.

Your GPU has 2GB of VRAM, what is probably happening is that LSPDFR model spawning (cars, weapons) and V itself is pushing it probably over 750mb its VRAM, making it go into normal RAM, making it get pushed over 8GBs, making some of it go into the (probably) quite slow HDD (compared to RAM) which is probably so slow that V/LSPDFR doesn't get its data fast enough.

Try doing what albo suggested in safer chases. How much VRAM does your GPU have. I really doubt its memory, since if memory ran out, it should just save to hdd/ssd.

Make sure you haven't installed a bad file mod in 'mods' folder or any rpf file.

There has been updates, Ragehook is still broken. We are just waiting for updates.

Theres been a bunch of issues, wait for a ragehook update. will hopefully fix it.

Those specs are literally the bare minimum, for reference, a GT 740, roughly 5% better performance, can get about 10fps at lowest settings.

Good tip if you are getting the desktop w/ hard drive, Go into nVidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Shader Cache set to OFF. Boosted me a lot.

GTX 960 4GB ftw. Turn off shader cache in nVidia Control Panel = Very High/Ultra 60fps.
