What we need is for you to follow the instructions, I'm unsure of what you've posted as a log, but thats not what we need.

First off, I don't have a laptop. Secondly, Laptops are at the point where a slight reduction in weight on these chassis is just marketing fluff. And what's the point in having a seperate dock? It makes things more inconvenient, they'll do that just to shave off those extra grams to say. "Our laptop is lighter than this one, even though you'll never actually notice it."

Make sure you add/replace it in patchday9 (or later)

None on here, this website was made for GTA IV after SA had semi died off. No SA stuff here. I think gtapolicemods has some though.

Hmmm. I can't really make my explanation smaller without turning it into a novel. I also have to go.

Extract all the skins to a folder. Scroll through the list of files in the .wtd until you find the signs. Rename the signs in the extracted folder to what they are in the respective vehicle wtd Click replace in the top right. Select the files one by one.

Have you applied the skins? If not, head to every cars .wtd (eg. police2.wtd) and replace the police_sign_x files. Note: 'Police' might not be the same for all cars, but replace it anyway.

Should work as intended then.

Just change them respectively. (eg. If vehicle 1 is a CVPI and downloads as police and Vehicle 2 is a CVPI and downloads as police and is supposed to be police2, just rename it.)
