Is your game downloading a patch before you enter in game?

I don't see any files for LCPDFR installed. Are you sure you installed it correctly? Download the auto-installer of LCPDFR 1.1 and re-install it.

Your problem is most likely the amount of mods you have, your computer is a low-end PC so playing GTA IV (on max settings) and adding mods will put strain on your PC causing your game to crash. get rid of GTA on your computer, reinstall it and just install LCPDFR and nothing else and see if it fixes your issue. Also, if you don't have a savegames folder then chances are you haven't started the game.. before installing LCPDFR on IV or EFLC you need to pass the introduction so you can enter free-roam mode and you're not straight into the story doing missions.

Can you upload a screenshot of your directory? I have a feeling i know what your problem is.

By the looks of it something got messed up during the upgrade. as it no longer recognizes your game, try reinstalling GTA V

I played Mafia 2 on both console and PC and loved it! I havent tried out Mafia 1 yet (i own the disc version on PC) might play/replay both beofore Mafia 3's release.. and yes, i will be buying the game =)

That's a problem with card that have 2gb or more VRAM. open up notepad, type in "-nomemrestrictions" (without the quotations marks), save the file as commandline.txt and drop it into your GTA IV directory. Or if you're already using a commandline just add -nomemrestrictions to the existing file.

I'll be upgrading to Windows 10, although i'm going to leave it for a few days to see what everyone thinks of it. Windows 10 seems more.. updated and better than Windows 7, although i don't particularly like the Windows 8 "theme" i can live with it. It's basically from what i have seen is a Windows 8 skinned Windows 7.. and i'm ok with that =)

that is true, the only time patches ae on long sleeves are when officers are in their dress uniform (parade,meeting,funeral etc) the only time they wear long sleeves on duty is when they're newly recruits. that's why i was slightly dissapointed when the SLO patch was only available on the long sleeve option. So if the OP is requesting that more patches/ranks get added then i 100% agree with him.

i'm guessing he means the ranks/patches like Seargeant, Detective etc. so far all you can choose is PO III+1

This seems like a pretty cool idea, i've seen many GTA IV Machnimas before so i'll definitely watch this. Just be careful with this though as it's a very sensitive subject.

The insignia are there so these will most likely be added in future versions, i can't see a reason why they won't be added =)

I'm guessing you replace a texture through OpenIV and when starting the game it downloads a patch? If that's the case then you need a mod folder, instructions/guide on how to do that is located here - http://openiv.com/?p=1132

EMS might make a return, i don't see a reason why they won't. except the part where they kill everyone else while responding. but the ambulances in GTA V are more.. calm.. then they were in IV, So who knows what will happen =)
