For xbox one?
You can't. LSPDFR (and LCPDFR) is only compatible with the PC version of GTA V/IV. it won't work on the console version because a) the console version can't handle mods like this b) the coding is completely different and c) the console lacks the required things to be able to add scripts to the game.

Turn Tires Plugin Gone ?
This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future. I'm not sure if you mean a plugin for GTA V or GTA IV, we do have a turn tyres mod made by FinKone and is for GTA IV, it can be found here - http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7374-turn-tires/ Although if you're talking about V then we don't have one on this site (i don't even think one was created)

LCPDFR GTAIV Crashing
Your topic has been moved to LCPDFR Support Requests. Please post in the correct location in the future. Using the manual installer is fine, however i'd recommend the Auto-installer.. since it'll install all the files correctly (which might be the cause of your crashing, your putting a file in the wrong place). Regarding the version, it's Version 1.1, i've downloaded it and the .ini file says 1.0d. i can assure you it's version 1.1, The Development team forgot to change the wording in the .ini file =)

LCPDFR GTAIV Crashing
Your game is still showing that it still has 1.0d installed, make sure you've removed everything LCPDFR related and then install LCPDFR 1.1 Also, your log also said this: Which basically suggests its not an LCPDFR crash and another mod is causing the crash, just a tip. Limit the amount of mods you use. the more mods you add the more unstable it becomes thus resulting in crashes.

RageHook 0.24
Most likely yes, As far as i know no mods are compatible with 0.24, Although don't take my word for it. More to the point, why upgrade? if 0.22 works with all your mods stick with it.. what's the point of upgrading? if it's not broke, don't fix it =)

Does anyone have a backup of the original pistol files?
You'll have to reinstall the game to get backups. We can't give or link to sites that provide original files, as it's essentially piracy. to avoid that i'll be closing this topic. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

What devices do you use to browse the website?
I browse the site via my PC.. because.. well.. that's really all i've got to browse it on, plus i'm pretty much always at my PC anyways, I would use my phone, but i got no patience for that!

More upgrades
Nope.. that sums it up. I own an MSI motherboard and it's well.. horrible. They're fragile, slightest movement can screw anything up. Even screwing in the wifi adapters (very carefully i might add) Dislodges the wifi socket from the board and destroys the pins. It's a horrible.. horrible board, and considering pretty much every MSI board is built the same (with the connectors) i wouldn't go near them. My very crappy $50 mini-atx Gigabyte board is stronger and durable than my MSI board. And considering your board has the exact same feature.. i'd avoid it, since if it gets damaged you're either going to have to return the whole board (that's if it's under warranty) or buy a new one.. or spend $100 on a WiFi dongle.
