The files are in mpchristmas2017 dlc folder and vehicle model is "Riot2" As a texture you can slap on a generic LSPD SWAT texture like the bearcat has (based off the LAPD SWAT) Or if you want to get real good Something like this would look amazing.

Would anybody be able to do a UV Mapped version of the RCV. the vehicle is a Riot Control Vehicle with a mounted water cannon that was released during the Doomsday Heist DLC. Would be great as a SWAT truck. I would do it myself however I have no knowledge in Zmodeller nor do I even know where to start. Plus nobody has done it before, So it would be great for people who use lore friendly vehicles.

Like above. Account Linking was disabled when the Crime Stats feature was removed. You don't need your account linked in order to play LCPDFR.

You need to unlock free roam (Complete the mission "Franklin and Lamar")

and a year later.. In August 2015 the best thing ever happened in the history of this site.. I joined the Staff team :D tbh i lowkey miss the GTA IV days with LCPDFR. they were always fun, Can't go back to it now because well.. LSPDFR just does rings around LCPDFR.

I believe any file that the system can't read (Such as winrar files inside a winrar file) or OIV installers automatically fail the check as it cannot read it, thus marking it for manual approval. That being said manual approval only takes 1-2 days (generally within the first day) to get reviewed/accepted. that being said because it's coming up to the Christmas season it may take longer, if you have any files that are requiring approval and you feel it's been a reasonable amount of time (example: don't PM me as soon as you upload it requesting it to be approved since a. that's annoying and b. you can wait) but if it's like 3-5 days then feel free to PM and i'll be more than happy to review your file and accept it.

FSD is a Fleet Services Division (who handle maintenance) so it's most likely just a promotional vehicle that they've created for fun. It's not being used for patrol (and NYPD isn't changing back to that colour scheme). Tbh i like Promotional/Concept cars.. they're always unique and cool looking.

LSPDFR will work fine with the latest version of RPH, It doesn't need updating at all.

When your game updates, you need to update your trainer for snow to work. Download the latest version of SNT and snow will work.

night/early morning tends to give better FPS. afternoon/evening is when it dips for me. Which i don't mind because early morning is great (check my gallery, majority of that is during the early morning) Night is too dark although Natural Vision made it brighter

mine tends to change quite regulary when i let GTA do it's thing. although majority of the time i have it set to early morning (about 9am) and extra sunny as it looks beautiful and California like then.

You can only really use a trainer, unless you want the game to change the weather slowly/naturally.

nope. i don't use the ENB or Reshade files. just the Natural Vision files and it's addon options

pretty much the same as VisualV, it requires VisualV to run. they've just made edits to make it looks great. I see no performance drops when using NaturalVision.

If you're using Visual V, Download and install NaturalVision Remastered, it makes VisualV and everything look great (including police lights)

That's a DEV part, they're used to in ZModeller to attach to vehicle models. You don't install them into your game.

This one will overide the LSPDFR cops (you will have to edit the .ini)

Is your game through Steam? If it is then it'll luanch Steam to launch GTA V. If it's not, then it shouldn't be launching Steam at all.. and the fact that RPH is considering your game to be a pirated copy is worrying, considering it won't work on pirate copies.
