    You can change the colour of the lights via the ELS textures in the Models Texture Files using OPEN IV

    I believe this is the mod that is not compatible with GTA V, the comments on the mod state it isn't compatible with LSPFR.

    Recently set up a London Save on my GTA V, so everything is Met Police and London Fire Brigade and things. Only thing is, is that the Police whip out Pistols and obviously regular British Police don't use Firearms, is there any mods compatible with LSPDFR that gives regular cops Tasers instead of Firearms? Cheers.

    My Photo is low Quality because of the specs I can run on GTA V, I tried running it on high to get a better photo but I crashed, if you could get a better photo for me I would be very appreciative.

    I hope to start I hope to start using the 3D Model Template once I'm confident I will be able to do so. I aim to work on some Ped Models next.
