3-Are certain childhood upbringings(wealthy, middle class, poor, ghetto etc) crucial in developing the ambition/ want to become a police officer. For example, I have no idea why I have always wanted to become a cop, but as I get older I realize I want to be a leader in the community. One who can help many and be looked up to by kids. I want to make a difference by taking away those who do not do good for the community - It depends...Because, sure, a young, poor person may want to be a cop, but he may get in with the wrong group and get a criminal history and his chances of becoming a cop are lower. Also, cops that aren't white tend to get made fun of because of their race by their own race.(Typically seen in Chicago, LA, NYC, any big city.) It really depends on the community you're serving in too.

Go more in depth when you mean as soon as it loads up...Like, when you click on the icon to start the game, after you get done with the Social Club log-in thing, does it crash then? Or does it crash as soon as you get in-game and it says loading then when it's about to load the screen, it crashes?

You're better off getting a desktop. That way you can make upgrades to it and etc. There's really no way to swap out parts on a Laptop to get a better processor or graphics card like in a Desktop. Plus you can get a Desktop with better specs compared to a "gaming" laptop that's under $1,000.

I'm in the US and I've never heard of this...But I think they should do this in the US. That way the people get a Commissioner that THEY want, not one that the mayor wants.

Doesn't matter how good of a PC you have when it comes to crashes. It's really just based on luck. I honestly wouldn't know why it keeps crashing since I'm no expert.
