ok thanks....i will do that now

ok i exported the file to the desktop, and opened up with gimp 2.8, whats a quick way to edit this?, iam used to creating skins using Paint.net and MS Paint. but first time with emergency light editing and using Gimp.

Use paint.net then. basically, every ELS enabled vehicle comes with a Light texture, and with that file, comes the red and or blue colors. You need to find that texture with the red and blue lights on them and change the red to blue using paint.net

No expert here, but I think it's the emergency light texture...

You go into SparkIV and find the vehicle.wtd file.

Then you find a picture that looks similar to this.

I dont use red and blues but pretend that the one with the red circle is red and not blue.

What you want to do is to export this image to desktop (or wherever you want) and modify it in whatever image-editor program you prefer. (i use Paint.net.

You mark the one that is shown here in green or another one that is the same size as the red, copy and paste it onto the one that is red. Thats it. Remember to back it up JUST in case. :-)
