  1. Like I said if Rockstar will update the emergency vehicles, you'll have to find them again in the latest patch .rpf file. I have no idea which one could it be, since I haven't played GTA V for over a month.
  2. No idea, I guess it was taken down.
  3. Wow that's really weird. It seems when the car is fixed it moves forwards, however this isn't present on the normal nypd cvpi only at the taxi. I'll try to fix this, until then, I suggest using ELS v8, since that doesn't turn on/off the extras, it only disables/enables the rendering of them, so the vehicle won't be fixed, which means the car won't move. The legs aren't sticking out for me. Are you sure you are using the provided vehicles.ide line? Make sure you use the veh@std animation. (I assume you use something like nstockade or polpatriot which has the truck driving animation)
  4. You can find the 2012+ Ford Police Interceptor on gta-mod-center. If you register there, you'll find it in the developer tools, but only registered users see it. EDIT: Oh nvm, you meant the Ford Fusion.
  5. Alright guys I put up an alternate download link to my google drive. Not sure why the security check fails for you guys (I have my adblock disabled, and I could DL it.)

    - This is a Ford Police Interceptor from the NYPD with a Federal Signal Vision SLR lightbar. - This car trys to be as close to the real one as possible. - ELS v5 settings: E-01R and C-01 - ELS v8 settings are included - Primary lights: Code 3, Secondary lights: Warning lights - I suggest using light enhancing mods for a better look in game. 6. I believe it was these 2: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 10.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 25.00
  7. Is this what you mean? It has a bonus thing inside, that turns on the indicators at night. (imitating parking lights)
  8. Yupp, I've just released it on the first page. Yes, please link me the car.
  9. Yes you need a visualsettings.dat mod, that increases the intesity of the "defaultlight". That way, they'll be more bright. This is the value you are looking for in visualsettings.dat: car.defaultlight.emissive.on 200 If you use ENB, you should use something between 150 and 250, 50 to 100 without ENB.
  10. As of now, you need to open update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace sheriff.ytd and sheriff+hi.ytd. Then you need to open x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace police.ytd and police4.ytd.
  11. Since your wft dummy is called "CVPI.wft" have you exported it as "CVPI.wft"? You have to export it with the same name as your wft dummy, otherwise the suspension will get messed up.
  12. The Freightliner Ambulance handling has been released on the first page, however the model is a bit buggy. It has a problem with the suspension. For some reason the truck bounces very slowly. Like if you jump with it, the suspension acts like it's in slow-motion. Only the author can fix this. Altima handling has been released on the first page. (2.0 CVT transmission which means it feels like it has 1 gear) For more info, check out a YT acceleration video. Unfortunately this ambulance is a very bad convert, it was probably exported with a different name from the wft dummy, making the vehicle shake uncontrollably. Handling can't fix this, only a model fix.
  13. Yes the car was made in 2009 you can see that on the license plate where it says "09" after 5051. However back then, the car looked like this: After 2012 the NYPD Captain (if I remember well) decided to change the "POLICE" livery to "NYPD POLICE" since he saw a speeding cop once, who wasn't NYPD, but had a similar writing on the car (if I had to guess it was PAPD, since their livery looks similar). And there you go, a 2009 car updated in 2012. So the car is still 2009 like you said, but the livery is 2012+.
  14. This one has an update FS Vision SL, it has the same lightbar pattern as the real one, quite a few bug fixes with the model, and this has a 2012+ livery.
  15. Yes he is. I think he's active here on lcpdfr too, but if he doesn't reply in a week try gta-mod-center.
  16. Yes deco (Kygo) made the led modules, so if you want to get your hands on it, I suggest contacting him.
  17. I've based all my NYPD cars on 2012+ police cars, so it wouldn't fit in my game. And as far as I can tell, most people use all kinds of car mods in their game, including 2012+ cars, so it'd be a bit out of place. However I agree the naming is kind of bad. Same dilemma when I named my NYPD CVPI 2012, even though the CVPI has ceased production in 2011.
  18. Yeah I'm calling it 2012+ because of the NYPD livery. While the car is indeed a 2007-2009 model, the NYPD changed their livery at the end of 2012 to say "NYPD POLICE" at the front and back, instead of just "POLICE".

    - This is a 2007-2012 Nissan Altima Hybrid from the NYPD with a Federal Signal Vision SL lightbar. - This car trys to be as close to the real one as possible. - ELS v6 settings: E-01R and C-06 - ELS v8 settings are included - I suggest using light enhancing mods for a better look in game. - You must use the provided handling line, otherwise the car will roll over.
  19. Hmm yeah could be, although it's not very hard to paint those light parts yellow, and edit the emergency lights, but still thanks for notifying.
  20. No, to darken a light, you have to go to vertices mode, select the vertices (part of the light) which you want to be darker, and in paint -> color select a grey color, if you don't want to change the color of the light. If you want to change a white front indicator to light up amber in game, while the texture is white / grey, you have to use paint -> color and paint it yellow. You can also darken a light, by darkening the main texture, so if you darken emerglights_lightsemmissive.png, you'll get darker emergency lights. Specular power controls the shine, or reflection. Black specular = no shine at all (looks even less reflective then a matte paintjob irl).
  21. Oh this file has been updated since. When patchday3ng update (whatever that is) came they updated the sheriff's texture, including adding emergency light textures into the sheriff+hi.ytd. Basically that file was missing from my mod. I've updated it since, so now you have to replace that .ytd file as well. Also I suggest finding patchday4ng's vehicles.rpf, and putting every single modded vehicle's files in there (you have to put all of them, including .yft files as well), this way it'll surely override every single file.
  22. You have to change the specular's power by modifying the GTA Specular texture. In this case, you could add a grey texture instead of vehicle_generic_smallspecmap (which is fully white). Black = no specular power, white = full specular power.
