  1. You probably installed a custom visualsettings.dat file that messed up your lights. Reinstall the original one with the back-up you should have made prior to modifying it or delete the custom file from your mods folder. Or install another visualsettings.dat file over it and see if it solves it (RadianceV and all those mods).
  2. After a long forced hiatus, I'm back and notice this guide is lightly old. Don't worry, anyone who's reading this, this guide is still worth reading for basic understanding of car mods installation, but with the introduction of carcols and recently ELS, you will also have to use a bit of your personal common sense to overcome possible problems that are not detailed in this guide, because as of now I've no clue of how those two things work, being gone for so long. Might add a chapter about those in January.
  3. There are plenty of SAHP skins out there that are similar in every aspect to the CHP. Use the search bar.
  4. You're clicking on the folder. Read my guide carefully, look closely at the screenshots, and you'll see I click on the dlc.rpf file INSIDE the patch folder.
  5. I've been saying since a while that the EU turned into the 4th Reich with Germany behind the controls, forcing their social and economic model to everyone, like Greece. And ending ruining the injured countries even more than anything else. You know, this always makes me laugh, because germans are pretty quick to forget that, at the end of WWII (1947 to be exact), countries agreed to cancel Germany's debt to help it build a strong economy again after the war. So, when german people vote 'no' to that kind of things, it's slightly, if not A LOT hypocritical and ingrate.
  6. Just so you know, I'm putting myself on the far-left political spectrum, and I'm still against the EU as it is at the moment. The EU and how it works are things that are disputed across all political cleavages. You can be on the left and be against the EU, just like you can agree with it, the same on the right. Don't be so stereotypical in your judgements.
  7. Tes plugins ne sont pas installés correctement. Certains vont dans le dossier plugins, d'autres dans le dossier plugins/LSPDFR. Faut lire les readme avant d'installer quoi que ce soit, si ils s'appellent readme c'est pour une raison.

Are you the one who made this siren? No? Then you can't retrieve that file. I'm not critiquing your inquiries, I'm pointing out the obvious.
  10. It doesn't help to spawn them, it just reduces the space it takes on your hard drive.
  11. Here. We don't know what are your tastes, if you prefer reshades with gross saturation, with more natural colors, etc. So, off you go little one, search and you'll find what you're looking for.
  12. Either you didn't install the carvariation.meta lines of the cars correctly, or you installed a visualsettings file that removes coronas, or you're using the vanilla visualsettings and lights are dim during daylight. No matter what is your problem with that, you could consider using the search bar as many, many, MANY people before you posted the same question and got them answered. Install Radiance V or similar and set your shaders and postFX graphic options to high or above. And consider using the search bar or Google next time.

It's literally written black on white. "vehicles\0x000E3CFA.wav not found." There's a sound file missing, so it can't be installed properly. Make sure you read what the software is telling you properly.
  14. You apparently missed this one:
  15. Yes. Because at least those people would LIVE in that area and would know better what is good for that area. People from Spain, Italy, or UK are voting bills that will be applied to France, even though they've no idea how it works, or how is the life here. It simply doesn't make sense. That's the problem with the EU as it is at the moment.
  16. State level, delegates are elected by the country's population. Whether you support the elected delegates or not, they were still elected by people living within that same country. That's the difference between state and european delegates. I doubt you or any of your fellow citizens voted for our delegates, or the ones of Spain, Italy, Hungary, and so on. And even though, those delegates can still vote favorable for a law that will impact your country, even if your country delegates vote against it.
  17. I, on a personal level, do not deny the bolded statement. But come on. There are other ways to do that than creating a European Parliament that decides laws for the entire european territory without the approval of the population. Sure, each country can vote for its own delegates. But imagine a scenario where a bill has to be passed, your delegates vote against it because it wouldn't be good for your country (it'd ruin its economy, or create unemployment, or any other negative impact), but all other delegates vote favorable for the bill. In the end, the law will be forced on you, whether you agree with it or not, and your country will be negatively impacted because of the European Parliament (and by logical correlation, the EU). This sole fact is enough to create tension, anger and bitterness towards this system. You could argue it could be changed from the inside out, but there are way too many barriers by the way it has been made to achieve such, so the best thing to do today is to leave the EU, and rebuild it right from the start. TL;DR Free market? Yes Common laws founded on common agreements between concerned governments and not forcefully voted at a parliament? Yes Mutual help between european countries when needed? Yes European parliament secluded from the population, voting laws applying to the entire european territory whether it is good for your own country or not? No
  18. This sounds awfully familiar to the 'Reticle Be Gone' mod that for some reason got taken down or hidden. How come?
  19. You most likely didn't install the files correctly. Do it again.
  20. Ah, that good TTIP... The thing that no European citizen wants, but that the EU parliament will vote favorable for. That's what is wrong with the EU.

  22. First: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/888-support-information/?do=add Second: try updating Ragehook.
  23. I'm actually laughing a bit at those salty people now asking for another referendum. First, if the result was inverted, I doubt they'd ask that. And second, about people regretting their vote... they're simply stupid, and should not be allowed to vote for a second referendum if it was to happen again. They apparently didn't take their vote seriously and voted a bit randomly, too bad for them, democracy isn't a thing for indecisive people.
