  1. Interesting, but the 'SAPD' doesn't exist. San Andreas is a state, and thus doesn't have any police department. At best a State Police, or the equivalent of the Highway Patrol.
  2. Uninstall RadianceV and install this instead:
  3. It's written in bold, big letters on the download page: Addon cars don't replace existing cars. If you don't know how to install addon cars, use the search bar located on the top right of the page, or check for tutorials on Youtube. But I'm pretty sure it can be installed in a regular slot, in which case it needs to be renamed (I thought it was pretty obvious, but apparently not). By the way: #makesearchbargreatagain
  4. Make sure you black out all yellow lights in all light texture files in all the .ytd files. Many cars have 2 .ytd files that have identical textures, and you need to replace the textures in both of them to work. Lights can also be scattered in several light textures.
  5. Blacking them out completely on the lights texture will probably remove them.
  6. The following, as in a terrorist assault following the one that happened a few days ago.
  7. Sunshine or not, black isn't supposed to reflect surroundings that bad, it does look like it's just chrome. Not saying it actually IS chrome, but it looks like it, and damn, that's ugly.
  8. I don't really see what's wrong in those screenshots honestly...
  9. Make sure you play at the resolution of your screen, and not a lower resolution.
  10. You're probably using too many plugins and modified car models at once.
  11. Try increasing the FXAA and MSAA settings, if you know it's the antialiasing.
  12. Two police officers were killed monday night by stabbing in a small city north west of Paris. A police commander, 42 years old, was stabbed to death in front of his house during the night of monday as he was coming back home, off-duty. The murderer, who had a terrorism conviction and had sworm allegiance to ISIS, then rushed into the house and held hostage the wife of the killed police officer, who also worked in the police administration, as well as their 3 years old son. Negotiators as well as police forces rushed to the location, but no negotiation could be done as the murderer had no intention to negotiate to begin with. Soon after, the police forces stormed into the house and killed him, finding the wife dead, but the 3 years old son alive. The murderer broadcasted his actions live on Facebook using the Facebook Live app, naming the next targets of the terrorist groups, amongst them being police officers, prison officers, but also journalists. The man also threatened the Euro Soccer Cup. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/jun/13/french-policeman-stabbed-death-paris
  13. Yes, I ignored your response, not because "you are possibly correct", but because this is a thing that will go in circle. You've your opinion, I have mine, I am fine with saying that we agree to disagree, but you apparently aren't and prefer to keep the loop going. Too bad, I don't. Especially when it starts to get into personal and disrespectful remarks like this one. On top of that, I don't see any point in trying to debate with someone who can't show any sign of respect towards his interlocutor and their opinion. You are free to disagree with someone, that doesn't give you the right to try and ridicule them to try and prove your point. Trying to debate with that kind of spirit is just pointless to me, I'm not here for that. Kek to you too, sir.
  14. Back on the real topic, french people gathered in many places to show support to the city of Orlando, to the LGBT community, and to the victims of the shooting. The Eiffel Tower was lit up in the rainbow colors tonight.
  15. Still waiting for a Halo Collection on PC, with all the Halo games ported from the remastered version of Combat Evolved to the latest episodes. One can dream.
  16. Fox news is like, crazy republican, you really think they're going to agree with Obama? C'mon man, now if you want to throw conspiracy theories, at least do it good =/ Anyway, that's not the topic, so I'll let you conspire
  17. You don't need to watch medias to have an opinion, on whatever it might be. No need to yell at propaganda just because people disagree with you
  18. Use the search bar next time though, you'll see it's very useful and it'll give you what you're looking for
  19. The Caprice, yes, but not with that lightbar. Who in their right mind would put a led bar on a 90's Caprice anyway...
  20. Yeah, but this is not Saudi Arabia, this is the US. I mean, especially on this very website, many people are supporting the law enforcement agencies, so when you are supporting something or someone, that means you trust them to do what they're supposed to do, efficiently, and/or that you agree with what they do. So, either they're not totally honest and actually do not trust their police department to come and help them when they need to, or they don't need a gun. You can't trust something and not trust it at the same time, it doesn't make sense. As for Switzerland, I believe this is an entire different matter due to cultural differences and, most of all, their famous neutrality. Even though I'm pretty sure a random citizen with a rifle couldn't do much against a tank, a bomb or a missile if an hostile invasion force or government indeed decided to roll in.
  21. This is an argument that actually is quite funny. You say you need a gun to protect yourself. Sure, why not, your opinion, quite disputable, I understand it, though do not agree with it. But what about the police and law enforcement then? Aren't they actually paid to protect you and your family? Don't you trust them to protect you and them? To intervene fast enough? To get rid of the threat without having to put your or your wife's life in danger trying to play the hero? That's a bit of a schyzophrenic loop. "Oh yes, I trust my police department with my life, they can protect me and take care of my safety. But I need a gun still to protect myself." This, actually makes me kek and is quite kekable overall. Also, using 'kek' is not a really polite way to say you disagree with someone, and is actually quite rude, especially in a debate on a serious matter. My two cents.
  22. Probably the police and sheriff line.
  23. Understandable point of view, though damageable, at least in my opinion. Thanks for clearing this out. If we follow your logic, why making laws in the first place, since non-abiding criminals won't abide to them anyway? That's a flawed trail of thought. Laws are made to punish people from trespassing them, and that punishment is what should prevent them from doing so.
  24. I... don't quite get your reasoning on this one. Obviously laws are made for those who don't abide to them. For the exact reason that that way, they can get punished for not abiding to them. Laws are made so we can punish those trespassing them. For example, an area where gun control is stricter, and a bad guy still uses a gun, can get an heavier sentence for using said gun, instead of just getting away with the regular charges. That's the thought process behind it. To be perfectly honest here, if it was truly respectful in regards to this incident, it should have remained a thread about sending condolences and thoughts to people, and not yet again a 256156th debate about the exact same thing.
  25. Since it's happening all over again, I'll just put what I think about it. More guns won't save the problem. It'll just turn the whole place in an OK Corral re-enactment. No one wants to walk in the street and having to scan the crowd to try and see who has a gun and who could use it against them. Less guns won't work, because you 'muricans are like 'u no touch amendment'. So the middle ground is to increase gun control. Not to remove all of them. But to make them way more difficult to obtain. With stricter procedures. That guy, who shot people in that club in Orlando that night. Apparently he got interrogated by the FBI twice in the past. How come he still had the ability to buy firearms legally? Someone who has been interrogated by the federals twice is surely not someone you would consider safe or stable, so why not making him unelligible to get a weapon? Same with the random citizen. If someone wants a gun, they should go through a tougher procedure. Campaigns about gun abuse and gun violence. Not to dissuade them to get one, but to warn them it's a weapon, not a toy. Also give them lessons on how to use a gun safely, how to maintain it. Also make them pass a psychiatric test. And a thorough background check. Someone got arrested for a brawl? No gun. Someone got arrested for violence? No gun. And that all across the country.
