  1. All depends on the author. ELS works by quickly adding and removing lights on the car, and the are 9. The J key causes the script to activate about 2 or 3 in the first stage, and the authour could have made them red, blue, or amber. Talk to the author about it... Just found this Posts Merged - Staff
  2. What are the sizes of the .wft and .wtd files?
  3. Run notepad as administrator (Right click + Run as admin) Then open visualSettings.dat (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data) and find the visualSettings.dat file. Now hit CTRL + F and type in '# Other' (no quotations) and it should lead you to the other car lights. The line under it should be car.defaultlight.emissive.on and a number next to it. Change it to 300 or something. Then save and quit. whew lol I have typed that out like 50 times in my life xD
  4. Sorry, I can't seem to edit a comment in Safari mobile - the above works with all enbs.
  5. Go to your GTA IV root folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV) and then the LCPDFR folder inside it. Run the Diagnostic tool and in the ASI loader section, check if it says 'using xlive' if yes, delete the xlive.dll from your root folder and put in the dsound.dll from the LCPDFR manual install folder.
  6. That last bit freaks me out... Y u do dis logg
  7. Is it just me or is the LCPDFR.log printed backwards??? :/ And from what I can see, I think I can confirm the AdvancedHook.dll is the main problem. LCPDFR needs this file, it is essential... And it isn't working. Try using the AdvancedHook.dll from an ELS V8 download (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/2985-emergency-lighting-system-iv/) If that doesn't work, use the LCPDFR one. As for the read only thing, that doesn't affect the game, I get it too and it runs fine. One note is to always run your game as administrator (Right click on the shortcut, click Properties and then go to the 'Compatibility' tab and tick 'Run as Administator' (note you may have to do this on the actual GTAIV.exe file)). And your PC Specs, Amen bro! I feel you :) Here are some performance increases for the game: http://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/mods/42889-fps-boost-v3/ - Make sure to Backup!!! Go to Task Manager, then the Services Tab, then right click 'Windows Event Log' and disable it. I use all these, and the work amazing. Please download this PC spec viewer (https://www.piriform.com/speccy) and tell me what it says in the 'Graphics' section. Then I hve a link for you if it is the right stuff... (Don't worry it isn't a worthless piece of adware xD) And when I get to my PC tomorrow, I will post my commandline. I have and integrated GPU as well... And a terrible dual core CPU. I get no texture loss and stable 30FPS at 720p. I will also attach the settings... Hope all this works ;)
  8. AMAZING. Finally! I love how you kept the same amber circle design on the radar as LCPDFR 1.0. But one tiny suggestion: It would be great if we could place more than one of the stop traffic things, the most annoying part of 1.0 for me was that I could only stop one area.
  9. Hey man, please could you convert it to the ambulance siren and PM it to me? That would be great :D (I could import the wavs but I don't have GTA 5, and won't get it soon, so I am collecting lots of nice mods before they go to page 200 lol)
  10. As usual, LCPDFRs amazing psychic powers have given me the ultimate brainwave. I had the game on D:\, the registry believed C:\. That was fixed easily. Mods feel free to close this topic.
  11. Hello, I wanted to play some nice missions, and realized I hadn't yet play EFLC. So I downloaded it, (8GB) and updated to patch 1.1.2.0 and then did all of the verification etc. Then I launched TBOGT and when the images finished and the black screen saying 'Load Failed, starting a new game came up' I got a crash to desktop :/ I would love some help since I have never played it and want to try it out ;/ My game has no mods at all.
  12. Just tried it, I got a instant game crash, with default vehicles D: Thank you so much for spending hours to find that mod! No-one has ever done that for me before :D EDIT: I just forgot to plug in my readyboost memory stick, without it I can't run GTA 4 lol
  13. hehe thanks but I have everything ready, I can't do long patrols because: My specs: Intel integrated HD 3000 (64MB) VRAM 500GB eSATA drive. 6GB RAM. Intel core i5 @ 2.40 ghz Intel dust-ridden piece of pure shit cooling system. Overall framerate: 12fps. Overall gaming temperature: 87°C. I wish I could get a new PC soon, my about section has planned specs but I might have to wait another year because of my maths result :/Thanks for the help!!!
  14. Hi, A few months ago I downloaded a halogen corona mod, and there were many other options in the file. Unfortunately I lost it, so I went to the link at http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/881-new-non-els-lights-and-coronas/ but it returns an error... anyone know where it went? :/
  15. Thanks for the help, but I like a bit of traffic lol. Thanks man, no one usually replies anyway :P
  16. Hello, I was just wondering if this PC would be able to run these games smoothly: GTA 5 Very High / Max settings GTA 4 High / Very High settings + CryENB V3 CS:GO Ultra settings Here is the PC link: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/KgGyrH N4Cer
  17. Hey guys, There isn't much to say here. Is there any script, or popcycle mod which can disable all of the random parked cars on the streets? For me they take up space on the road and game memory. Any help widely appreciated. N4Cer
  18. Not with a 'wtf' file though LOL
  19. Amazing! Just amazing! Finally a solid, clean no-nonsense pack with lots of variety. Otherwise other pack have great skins, but only take up about 3 slots. This one though is amazing, finally stopped LCPDFR from being boring. Also, file sizes look good!
  20. Mods feel free to close this topic, I made one and I like it :D
  21. @Rno did it for me, check the YouTube channel link in my signature, and MAN! I am growing lol just my PC is C R A P. And TBO, I am pretty happy with it.
  22. Wow, nice quality, will try soon.
  23. My Youtube Channel art needs to change, because of a new name. If you guys don't mind, could someone volunteer to make me a channel art? The request: CryENB V3 used, at nightAn LCPD V Cop Ped (Link) running with a Glock. On the left of the image, the name 'N4Cer' (with no quotations) in any good font, just not a basic one.A CVPI in the background, with cruise lights on, side on to the camera.Blurred background, clear ped.Image should be 'Desktop Size' in this template: LinkAnd if http://www.lcpdfr.com/profile/207707-rno/ could do it, that would be great. Thanks, N4Cer (post-cheesedude565)
  24. Meh, my PC is rubbish anyway, I lost all hope. Just waiting for a new PC! He. He. he.
  25. Just saying, this happens to me as well. If you really want the callouts, Callouts+ causes the crashes. Which is annoying, because they are so good, but every modder has an unfixble bug.
