  1. Now this is convincing me to theme my game back to Britain... Mind-Blowing job sir. 10/5
  2. Well done pal, if only I had some skill in creating vehicles... But I have a great skill in eating :P
  3. CPU: Must be over 3Ghz. Rry an unlocked i5 or an i7, but an AMD has great peformance. AMD FX8520 unlocked @ 3.5Ghz is good. 8 cores for €100 is great. GPU: Seeing your budget, try a gtx 780Ti ;) 3GB VRAM, very powerful. should run Car pack + a High End ENB + ultra settings and HD textures. Power Supply: at least 700watt, considering your budget (its a great budget) Motherboard: get ine with a few PCIe slots and support for overclocking, in case you want to sqeeze in performance further down the line ;) Always use a custom cooler, stock ones suck. Try using some help from a friend if you are a first timer. The CPU cooler and thermal paste us hard. Case: get one with lots of room for upgrades. My recommendation: Corsair Carbide SPEC-02. Looks good as well. RAM: 8GB at 1600Mhz is enough. Aka corsair venengance. Get an SSD, really boosts peformance. Try a samsung 120GB SSD. Good Luck! I'm a huge fan of your mods! :D
  4. Finally! A solid 2003 Impala which doesn't have a trillions bugs in the model. All the other ones I'd tried were for ELS V5, and crashed the game because of corrupted wtd files.
  5. No issues, amazing. HATS OFF! And wow, I have my laptop for months, patrols, fun... but old a bit) Same thing, no updates to any mods I use. I lost access to my laptop for 2 days and flipping 1.0d comes out. Happy new year, every one of us appreciates your hard and devoted work. (Sigh, if only I had a PC that could run LCPDFR at more than 12 fps )
  6. How to add a car (e.g. i'm trying to add police3 to the code, so the script utilizes police3)
  7. Hello people, I have recently been looking up graphics cards. Which one do you think would ne the most powerful budget nvidia card? I am looking at an EVGA GTX 660, but its too pricey. Any suggestions?
  8. sjain commented on Keith.'s file in GTA4 Mods Misc
Amazing! I can't use this though... because my laptop sucks.
  9. Nothing but fights in the family, no PC, I'm still stuck with my lousy excuse for a laptop (8-12fps on GTA 4, Intel HD Graphics):( A chocolate box would've been nice though :P
  10. See ya NicolaiB NickieB, your cars were always nice, and low poly too. You've been a great contribution here, have a great time!
  11. It says the archive is either in unknown format or damaged. The WTD has readable textures, but says its 0KB bug and can't be edited by SparkIV. :( I renamed it, re downloaded it, tried everything. But it doesn't work :( For now I am using the skin on this car: It looks pretty cool as a slicktop marked version.
  12. Hey, could you PM me the impala model? The RAR can be opened, but the wtd is corrupted and cannot be edited.
  13. It can get a tiny bit better, but people, HATS OFF!!!!1 It's so enjoyable because of all the different parts featured in it.
  14. Damn nice! I'll be using this very soon, rather than all my cars themed into boring NYPD. Great job sir! Also, @Jeff Favigano and @Bay Area Buggs on youtube will love this. Mind-Blowing!! :DD EDIT: Also I crave that impala.
  15. We need a traffic advisor mod for V that traffic reacts to (this will be hard though :D)
  16. I am so using this for my new NYPD setup (if I ever get my new PC)
  17. Great siren! Is there any chance you could link me to the mod that displays the 2 asterisk on the screen and the location info at the bottom? Thanks.
  18. What a retard. This is where police brutality should be applied.
