C'est un des "effets secondaires" d'ELS. Si tu veux aussi rendre ton véhicule accidentable, autant le désinstaller complètement ou ne pas l'utiliser, ce qui dans ce cas précis le rendrait tout à fait inutile.

C'est certainement à cause d'ELS, et non de LCPDFR. Tu peux soit le désinstaller entièrement (ELS, hein, pas LCPDFR), soit - si tu y tiens - remplacer le 1 par un 0 à cette ligne précise dans le fichier de configuration du mod (ELS.ini) : Ai_ELS_SP = 1 // Toggles ELS on/off for AI in SP Ceci désactivera le mod pour tous les véhicules contrôlés par l'IA. N.B. : J'utilise encore la version 6 d'ELS. Si tu utilises la dernière version, à savoir la version 7, il se peut que la ligne à modifier ne soit pas exactement identique à celle se trouvant quelques lignes au-dessus. Néanmoins, la démarche reste la même.

So we'd be less than two months away from a potential release and still no announcement from Rockstar whatsoever? Hmm... That's why there are compatibility packs.

They changed the driving mechanics because too many players complained about the way it is in GTA IV back when the game was released in 2008. I, like many other players, think vehicles actually handle better in GTA IV, but I got used to the new mechanics quite quickly.

Gendarmes can be deployed anywhere on the territory if necessary because like I said, the Gendarmerie is a military branch, thus including cities. But most of the time they let the police do their job. The whole system is very complex and even we, Frenchies, sometimes get confused.

Obviously, you aren't exactly aware of what's currently happening in the Central African Republic. (Hey, don't look at me, I'm an atheist.) @gangrenn: The Gendarmerie Nationale is a military agency and will always be regarded as such. Moreover it provides policing for about half of the population of the country and its jurisdiction isn't only limited to the countryside and the coastal areas, and can occasionnally be seen patrolling within city limits.

I'd say both. I've only been to Paris once, so I don't really what's going on in the capital city, let alone the suburbs, but there's an obvious lack of police personnel in the whole country, and it's surely not going to get better anytime soon... The problem now is that dissuasion no longer works. These people aren't afraid of the police. Actually there's not much to be afraid of anymore. It seems like guns are only there for aesthetic purposes. Officers are even afraid of shooting back. If anything bad happens and they're forced to draw their weapons, they can either end up in the cemetery or in jail. This might seem greatly exagerated, but that's basically it.

Agreed, the AK-12 is a great gun to start off with. And even though I also agree that having American and Chinese soldiers start with a Russian weapon isn't realistic, it's basically like that in every other online shooter. In Call of Duty, for example, before you can use the weapons you've unlocked - before it's even possible to unlock weapons -, you have to choose a predefined class, so you may end up using a UMP-45 (MW2), which is neither used by the Rangers, nor the Russian paratroopers.

I've only played 11 rounds so far (I got it on release date) and I gotta say, I'm disappointed too, mostly because too many things have changed. Why the heck did they change the bullet drop for the tank shells? Why would you have to aim 10 meters above your target to hit it when it's just 50 meters away? I like the AK-12, and to be honest, this one and the P226 (the default sidearm) are the only guns I've used, because I haven't tried the other classes. I will when I unlock a few carbines to use with the Engineer class instead of those ugly PDWs (who's had this terrible idea anyway?). I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like other players only need 3 or 4 assault rifle bullets to kill me when I need an entire magazine to kill them... Also, I don't know what causes this, but my game still lags even though my FPS count is well above 50 and my ping is below 40 (most of the time). I haven't played a single CoD: Ghosts multiplayer game (only against bots actually, but that doesn't count). In fact I haven't since Black Ops II. If there weren't that many hackers in MW2 and more people were still willing to play that game, I'd still be playing it. But for now I'll stick with BF3 because it's the only game I can still have fun playing. Oh, and according to rumors, EA *might* offer the Second Assault DLC for free for all the problems players have been facing for 2 months, as an apology...

Those are things you have to know by heart. The language is full of irregularities and you have to know them, that's about it. That's why I can't stand when people use "there" or "their" instead of "they're", and vice versa. Your language is so easy compared to French that I just cannot understand that people can make such mistakes. FYI, "I once won an Emmy, but then lost it" --> "une fois j'ai gagné un Emmy, mais je l'ai ensuite perdu". Anyway, we're getting way off-topic here...
