The only thing I would advise is, stick with Nvidia for GPU's.

You have a very bad attitude. Everyone on here that helps with support volunteers their own time. They aren’t paid and they aren’t full time. Be patient and give people a chance to respond. People don’t live on this site. Since this is not a support thread, I’m locking it.

I'll answer in a more blunt way. It's just the way we've always done it. We have certain traditions on this site, and one of them has been building hype and excitement before major releases of the modification. It's not for any particular reason, at least not that I'm aware of, and most definitely not for any monetary purpose. If anything, it makes it more fun. There would be no fun if everyone knew all the features of the mod before it's released.

Most plugins will not work with LSPDFR 0.4 yet, until the creators update them. Either downgrade to an older version of LSPDFR, or play LSPDFR 0.4 without that plugin. I've merged both of your topics, and moved it to the correct location. Please do not create multiple topics regarding the same support issue.

That's not the actual Bronco, it hasn't been revealed yet. That's a fan made image. The Bronco is a 2 door compact SUV, so I doubt it'd become a police package (or at least take any sizable market share).

We've tried awards in the past, but all it ended up doing was making people even more egotistical and demanding of special treatment. Not to say that it wont ever be tried again, but in my personal opinion, it's unlikely. Awards for activity are especially toxic, since it may encourage spamming, or effortless content submission.

Unfortunately, it's been all used up by my last victim.

Cyan told me that it's possible to enable it, but IPB 4.0 uses a strange login token/memory system compared to earlier versions and other forum software, meaning that it would be entirely inaccurate due to the way it works. The way I perceive it, someone that could've been offline for more than 20 minutes may no longer be viewing the topic. Or they could be on more than one device, with two login tokens and the display would be inaccurate as a result. For this reason, it's currently disabled. Again, this is what I vaguely remember from a while back. You'd have to ask @Cyan for more clarification.
