  2. If you're going to make a tutorial, at least make sure you're telling people to do the right thing. Your version of RPH is outdated. Either way, this isn't the right section to post tutorials.
  3. I'm closing this as it will lead to people advertising, which is against our community guidelines. Search around and I'm sure you'll find something, there's many police clans still active in GTA IV. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. This topic has been moved to Grand Theft Auto V/ Development Support & Requests/ Suggestions & Requests as this is not an LSPDFR related suggestion or request. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  5. It's called the Ford Taurus. Either way all the blueprints and body molds for the old Vic are destroyed, at least that's what I heard a while ago.
  6. If they increase the FPS twice from where it's at now, and fix some of the color issues (such as the sky), I think it'll be near finished. But you also have to work on the missions, ensure they're fluid and smooth. Free roaming is one thing, complex AI, missions, and gunfights are a whole new area to work with.
  7. Will they eventually get it to a point where it's indistinguishable from the console version?
  8. Please don't bump old topics, create your own topic if you have an issue. Locking to prevent further bumping.
  9. Topic moved to Grand Theft Auto IV/Support, as this is not a Showroom topic. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  10. WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING! Please turn off caps lock! I'm assuming this is a suggestion for LSPDFR, so this topic has been moved to the appropriate forum.

  15. I have to admit, I haven't laughed in a few days... so thanks. But this topic unnecessary, locked.
  16. Let's keep it all in one topic please, we don't need 10 million topics regarding Take Two and Open IV: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/75871-openiv-discontinued-take-two-game-modding-illegal/?do=getNewComment
  17. This can go into the already existing topic. Locked. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  18. I didn't say you can't do it, I just said do it in private. Re-uploading files of a discontinued modification or program without the consent of the original creator is against our community guidelines. It doesn't matter what it is.
  19. MODERATOR NOTICE: I'd like to remind everyone not to publicly link re-uploaded versions of OpenIV, if you're going to do that, do it privately.
  20. It doesn't have to be. It just has to be somewhat functional. A streamlined design with minimal features is more than enough for something that could be at risk of getting taken down at a moment's notice.
  21. People are overreacting. Someone will create something similar within a few weeks. If that gets taken down, someone else will make a new one, if that gets taken down, someone else will make a new one, rinse and repeat. Don't underestimate the power of modders and their determination. It doesn't have to be as fancy as OpenIV, or as pretty, or as functional. It could be a quick mashup to simply let you install car mods and nothing more.
  22. The "official" avatar of protest someone created on GTAF:
  23. Lol, modding isn't illegal. Even R* said so in the past. Statement from the OpenIV site:
