Not as I know of. Police forces dont really like it but if you use them in a video or upload be sure to provide a discaimer and then it should be fine.

Well The Quantum part came from an old steam group where everyone had names like plasma and toxic and nuclear. And the HD came part came when I started a youtube channel and I Uploaded in 720p which is classed as High Definition.

I was looking at british police car mods and found Double Dopplers's channel. Thus finding british police cars and LCPDFR.

True, I built my computer with around £400 and it can run the latest games at good quality. As for earning money just go to a discount store buy a bunch of products and sell them o at double the price. as your 13 people will buy it without even thinking about the fact they saw it in a shop 100% cheaper. Trust me I bought 20 soaps at 50p and sold for a £1 each on the street. That's £10 in about 2 hours.

In my experience editing GTA 4 audio you need to replace sounds you cant just delete them as the game crashes as it can't find the resources it needs to run. this causes the game to suffer a fatal error. you could just unplug your microphone if you have any plugged in and record a sound track with no sound and then just rename and insert into the ivaud. then the game plays that sound which in reality is no sound. but thats what I do to combat my errors when removing sounds you may not even experience these errors. just a way to get round it if you do.

I think It's Google's New way of Displaying Ad's instead of showing ad's its shows small images of items so if you google a coffee shop it shows you coffee. they put it in the most looked area in a webpage which is an 'F' shape as that's how people read webpages. It's probably so they can show ad's to mobile users.

This isn't really much help but you could try re-installing LCPDFR. and don't use any graphics modifications because i've had this problem when i've used graphics mods.

If your having trouble using the diagnostics tool tick the box at the bottom of the diagnostics window labeled 'advanced mode'. then click 'Configure LCPD First Response' browse to the LCPD:FR config file(in the same folder as the LCPDFR Diagnostics tool) and then you should be able to use it. apply any changes you make and then run the game. p.s in my experience with hardcore mode nothing really changes until you get shot. so i would suggest getting into a gunfight and if you start moving like a cop that has been injured then hardcore modes on. Also if this doesn't solve your problems one of the LCPDFR staff will almost definitely come to your aid. this is just something you could try in the mean time. and one more important thing. what version of LCPDFR are you using?
