There's an unsettling feeling around Manchester, you don't truly realise how horrific acts like these affect a community, a city. Until they happen in the place were you live. When you see attacks on the news it feels so far away in France, Germany and Belguim and the threat doesn't feel truly real. As more news comes out about the attack it gets even more unsettling. I know people who were there, my friends, family of colleagues. Even I could have been right outside that night if I had met my friend after they finished work. I went to the vigil yesterday and the city felt different. My heart goes out to the victims and their families.

Could you post your LCPDFR log. It should be located in the GTAIV directory as a text document called "LCPDFR". Also have you run the LCPDFR diagnostics tool?

MSVCR110.DLL (exists in game folder, but is expected to be in systems folder only) You need to delete the MSVCR110.DLL file in the GTAIV directory. Also I do believe LCPDFR requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (you said you only installed 2012 and 2013) which can be found here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555

Then you need to remove the .IVAUD file extension from the mod file and then import it as you would normally.

once you've reinstalled ELS, run the game.

I can't think of a reason it's still red, make sure you're using ELS 8.5, try reinstalling ELS 8.5 and use the ELS settings from the mod. Honestly I can't think of a reason why its still red.

It should be for all the vehicles included in the mod actually.

These should work for POLICE, POLICE2, POLPATRIOT, NOOSE, FBI, PSTOCKADE and NSTOCKADE

Put these files into your ELS folder, these are the ones I use. (still from the mod your using) ELS.zip

That should be working with no issue.

Are you using OPENIV? If so you need to remove the .IVAUD from the sound mods filename before you import them.

Oh the link from the other topic, Everything was included in the download, even the _slotcontrol, just drag ALL the ELS files included with the mod into the ELS folder. Then it should work.

What vehicle mods are you using currently?

That's the main ELS settings, you shouldn't need to touch them to change the colour. All you have to do is what Hystery told you previously. You just need to do it in the ELS settings file the vehicles use. You can find what file they're using in "_slotcontrol" in the ELS folder

As Hystery said each car comes with its own ELS settings file. Just drag this into file intro the ELS folder and edit the _slotcontrol to link the settings to a vehicle. Once linked they files are linked edit the ELS files that came with the vehicle mod.

If your vehicles are using another ELS config then you need to edit those, not the default_config.

I just installed the pack your currently using and I ran into the same issue repeatedly, I believe it is an issue with the vehicle mods. I would recommend using a different mod. If you want a British mod I would recommend this (I use this one in my game):

have you tried running the game and calling for transport since editing it?

Have you tried editing the LCPDFR config like I mentioned previously? In my personal experience of using British mods I've found that the game seems to crash more frequently. I would recommend only allowing one vehicle to be used for prisoner transport, preferably one that spawns in regular traffic such as POLICE or POLICE2.

Does the game crash EVERY time you call a transport or can you sometimes call a transport without crashing?
