  1. Now that's what I call blazing fast internet.
  2. Awesome work! I just wish my game looked like your screenshots. One day I'll get off my ass and upgrade.
  3. Did you finish up on your slicktop Interceptor liveries? Looking forward to those.
  4. Only issue I notice is that the template is 2048, but the textures besides the stealth one are 1024. I don't think it's messing anything up, just kind of odd.
  5. Noticed one wrongly categorized. Ambulance by Dhruv : http://www.gta4-mods...e-v21-sh-f17035 is listed under ELS, but is non-ELS. Dead Link under non-ELS Rancher Excalibur by KevinDV : http://www.lcpdfr.co...andreas-police/ (I believe KevinDV has stopped participating in the modding community and pulled all his files) Some to add under non-ELS. Enhanced Vapid Police Cruiser Vector by Ekalb: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Marked Vapid Interceptor Vector by Ekalb: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Unmarked Vapid Interceptor by Ekalb: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> And there's a bunch of new GTAV cars over at GTA4-Mods.com, too.
  6. Oh, snazzy jeep! Canon police SUV mods are pretty lacking for IV; the Landstalker and Cavalcade are about the only ones out there.
  7. There's currently no way to spawn certain models, or replace after spawn, in only certain areas. ALM will change vehicle textures, depending on map area, but not always successfully. It'd be great if someone could take over and update it, since Sam is probably pretty busy with LCPDFR itself. It could use some changes to certain areas to make them work a bit better (may be a game limitation for some things I've noticed), and to add more areas for finer control. Along those lines, someone could make one that will swap vehicle or ped models using the same methods, which would allow you to do what you wanted, but those could be a bit more complicated even if someone was up for it. Traffic Spawner is pretty simple; you choose a vehicle model, choose a ped model and how many you want, set a few other values, and the game will spawn those vehicles. Sometimes you'll get errors where the game will refuse to spawn the vehicle or ped, but it works pretty flawlessly. Except for the "response" option; vehicles will usually drive into walls. You're better off sticking to that feature of TrafficFlow, if you use it.
  8. The option to call backup to deal with multiple stops would be a great addition, as well.
  9. People get pretty ridiculous about "their" stuff. I see people who take a totalitarian view on content control almost as much of a detriment to their respective communities as the "unapologetic thieves" they're so worried about. Sharing is how a community grows, not by the masses pleading for their lords to throw a pittance down from on high.
  10. From another discussion, it sounds like that website had too many issues with violating the rules about advertising here.
  11. A few changes I'd like to see: The ability to select which voice to use for yourself and partner (limited by ped model still, if need be). Going on duty sets your voice, and that affects what audio files play in certain situations, but if you change voices with SNT or other ways, they don't match anymore. The ability to select liveries when choosing cars.
  12. Keep it, but for sure add an option to disable it. I'd also like to see the other animation added back. I think the running animation for two-handed weapons looks a bit odd, though, but I don't use more than a pistol most times so not sure.
  13. Google the last part and you'll get the page. You have to register to download, however. The fact that the site gets autoblocked is interesting. Must have been some conflict in the past, so I wonder if they still have permission to host that file.
  14. Personally, I like the black handles better. They provide a little more... definition, I guess, that gets lost with the painted ones. No big loss on the Stainer cruisers. They aren't fully mapped anyways, so we'll wait till Ekalb or another master takes a crack at gussying up a new one for use. ADSP liveries, thank you for getting those in the set. If I can get a Port Authority skin, my Liberty City Metro Area departments can roll out their new Vapid Interceptors so the UCs don't have all the fun.
  15. I'm pretty sure it does. I see the vehicles I have listed in TrafficFlow2.ini spawning.
  16. If they are based on the same models (Custo's New Cops), you can just replace the textures in HoP.
  17. Okay, bad wording. I just don't get why people think they should complain over a picture that's not saying "this is totally my work that I'm releasing".
  18. If it's not a released download or a "This is a download I plan on releasing" picture, why would people even think it's worthy of reporting?
  19. Oh, very nice! Could use a Port Authority skin, though.
  20. Checked it out real quick. Could use a variety of liveries, and has that weird door glass bug the Swift has, but nice otherwise. At least here other creators can consider requests for various things, so you aren't alone in fielding them, and you won't get people asking for any vehicle they desire. We'll mostly see what you come up with and offer some suggestions.
