  1. Yep, a thinner version of that one for sure.
  2. Traffic Load just seems to lead to crashes far too often. I wish Traffic Flow was overhauled to take advantage of every possible model instead of 20 per.
  3. I wish the LSPD Stainer were the more common one, or at least more likely to be seen not just parked at stations. At least the Sheriffs kept them.
  4. IV Needle is a program that will allow you to modify it (along with other dat files). You can also go through by hand and raise the Cars and Peds lines yourself, or just take the popcyle file from a mod like More Liberty.
  5. No discernible action causing the crashes. On-duty in LCPDFR. Mods Installed: LCPDFR 1.0b, ALM 1.1, ELS v8, Yard1's LS ELS Pack
  6. Popcycle has values for max peds and cars for all the different areas at all the different two-hour time spans of the day, starting with Midnight-2AM.
  7. When using the LCPDFR function? Move away from the yellow circle on the radar.
  8. Might as well abolish all laws.
  9. With V-Sync disabled or enabled it still occurs.
  10. Just upgraded to a whole new rig, and loving my ability to finally play at max settings. One issue is that I'm getting flickering lights in game (street lights, headlights, taillights, siren lights). I searched online and saw that others have had this issue, but it seems any topics are a few years dated. Game is completely vanilla, through Steam.
  11. The argument for protection of extraneous profanity isn't a very strong one. Regardless, on LCPDFR.com, the only "Bill of Rights" that counts is the Community Guidelines and how the staff enforce them.
  12. What's New in Version R02 (See full changelog) Updated all VCFs to ELS V8 standard.
  13. Hmm, I don't know what was behind the change. I thought that with the Vapids, the badge was changed so it would resemble Ford's logo.
  14. Yeah, there's several little details (make and model) that were changed in error when Caine worked up his GTAV models.
  15. It's righting a percieved wrong. That type of personality disorder assigns blame to external sources because they believe they are flawless, and everyone else is the cause of their problems. Shooting just himself would assign blame to him, which was not something he was going to do.
  16. Changing "AmbientScenariosMaximum" to "0" would do that, I think. No way to pick and choose what callouts are enabled, however.
  17. The two callout plugins might be the cause.
  18. Callouts+ also seems to contribute to the crash.
  19. A "door ajar" chime would make a great companion to this, too.
  20. Well, I mean upload a zip of them or copy/paste under a spoiler.
  21. Post the log files from your GTA directory.
  22. Except for the Fugitive, (not sure about the Pinnacle) LCPD skins all exist already for these vehicles. Check Yard and DLer's files.
  23. Issues with mapping, or just not too keen on that car?
  24. I know there's some older ELS FD vehicles, but I wasn't sure how much updating they'd need or if I'd be able to figure them out. ELS is giving me some CTD headaches, as I'd expected, and I don't know if it's to do with your models, ELS, my game, or my system. But, it's a new experience finally using it and seeing those lights in my GTAIV.
