Just curious Sam did you guys work out the AI shooting people all the time? I don't know if it's possible but that's one of the most annoying things ever! Great work though, I'm excited to see the progress!!

Hi all! So, I'm making myself a detective Taurus and I wanted to know how to make a siren control box to have lights that are constantly on. This would be similar to like how the laptop lights up at night. I thought about making it an extra 5 and 6, but I'd like them to always be on even when ELS isn't activated. I have it mapped for ELS Stages but I want the power light to always be o Anyone know a way to do this? (In case you don't know what I'm talking about I've attached a picture of it) Thank you!

What do you think? I prefer sedans and the utility to have rambars. Tahoes and Suburbans don't need them in my opinion, but the department near me don't use them on their Fords and I think they are SO UGLY.

I bet Rockstar is just sitting back and reading all of these posts around and laughing at the amount of work and headaches they're putting us (you all) through... LMS, have you been taught scripting or is this something you just learned on your own?

Hello! I was wondering if someone who has skills (not me, because converting/modeling are not my skills) would be willing to convert a FPI for me to GTA IV. I have 3ds max but I have no idea how to use it even after watching some tutorials. Therefore, I've given up, haha. Thanks!

Thank you everyone for your responses! I've got 3ds Max now, so I'm going to look into purchasing a 2013 model and editing it. If anyone knows anything about editing models and is willing to help a guy out, please let me know! Otherwise, I'll see you all in 20 years when I give up!

Do you know of any sites that have a 2013 FPI sedan? I can't find any anywhere. I'm assuming the only other option is to scratch build one. Thank you for your help!

Hi all! I have a quick question. What websites do you use to purchase models for in game use? I don't want to buy one that's not going to work and my google searches have turned up nothing. I actually think I'm just going to buy new PC parts and just build my own. That PC is a bit outdated for me, and for GTA V. Having the GPU should make building a PC a bit cheaper! I tried that and it still didn't work.... I was really banking on it working. (See above, I'll buy a new CPU which should come with a cooler with it!) Thank you both for your ideas!!

So, I have an HP H8-1010t PC. It's okay at gaming, but I wanted a new GPU. So, I bought an EVGA 750 ti and went to put it in- didn't work. So, I did some research and come to find out the motherboard this PC has is incompatible with the 750 ti. I read so many articles prior to purchasing and I never saw anything saying that. So, what should I do? Should I return it with a 15% restocking fee and paying for return shipping? Should I buy a refurbished ASUS motherboard that can fit my CPU and also can run the 750 ti? Should I sell it on ebay? What do you think?

Did you attach all the extras together? Like if you have a Justice lightbar and a XT6, you attach the extra_2_L0 of the XT6 to the extra_2_L0 of the Justice. Same for the extra_2_L1, and all the rest. Is that your issue?

Check all your dummies. Sometimes if you select something you accidently select a dummy with it. Make sure your chassis dummy is where it needs to be, in the center.

The different brands have different designs, basically. Some have 2 fans, some have 1 fan, but as long as the card name (gtx 970 4gb DDR5) after the brand is the same there shouldn't be much of a difference. I'm sure there are some brands people stand by, I've heard Gigabyte is good. As far as the DVD drive- do you have any games on CD? Is your OS on a CD? If yes to those, you either could buy one and put it in or just buy an external cd drive (but those are probably more expensive...). Otherwise, it's up to what you see yourself doing with your PC. Overclocking allows for increasing processor speed (like 3.9 ghz to 4.3 ghz). Unless you're good with technology I wouldn't recommend it. If done wrong it can dramatically shorten your products life, and an I7 is good enough as it is! Same with the 970, that should have no issues with games! I hope I helped, I saw nobody answered you!
