I think what they might do is check peoples game before you get online to make sure its not altered.So there is a chance with will need to duplicate your directory`s one for SP modding and one for Online. In GTA SA you had to put new EXE file in before you could mod the game. Because of the hot coffee stuff. That post explains why the beta patch link i posted was made 4 months ago.The beta patch must have been made preemptively for this update.Hopefully it fixes the issue.

Yeah they did a patch for some song licensing issues.Removed 17 songs and did some other things.Below is the news feed that was posted on steam.And at the bottom of the news feed it talks about someone named ‘Silent’ made a Beta patch to help with that issue.I did not install this patch cause i am not currently on SAMP or SA atm, so make sure you follow directions and back stuff up if needed. Although i agree with most points in this video.(A system used to format the sheep).I left high school certified in Carpentry.I think it comes down to what you yourself try to take from it.You can just skate threw school and barley pass anything and still graduate.Then realize after school is done you have no real skills.Or you can think for yourself and learn shit.

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable or remove the in game ped speech of people walking down the street.I sort of remember something like this coming out a while back but i cant find anything on it subject.I am very tired of sitting on the side of the road running ANPR and having some stupid NPC walking buy my car screaming obscenity`s into a cell phone or just saying stupid BS.Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

In the download section there is a ped model that your describing.I just cant find it atm .Your gonna have to look around.T shirt,Jeans,Belt with stuff.Its not the club ped model.
