Does anyone know if there is a way to disable or remove the in game ped speech of people walking down the street.I sort of remember something like this coming out a while back but i cant find anything on it subject.I am very tired of sitting on the side of the road running ANPR and having some stupid NPC walking buy my car screaming obscenity`s into a cell phone or just saying stupid BS.Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
