Please either update GFWL or use xliveless as asi loader (that will disable MP though).
  2. LMS's post in LCPDFR 1.0c Error was marked as the answer
The manual download from '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> definitely has the file, please redownload and verify.
  3. LMS's post in LCPDFR crashes upon Start up - tried all hotfixes known was marked as the answer
Judging from your screenshots, it's DEP shutting down GTA IV. This is a Windows configuration issue and no LCPDFR issue. Deleting AdvancedHookInit.asi might help getting the game to start, but will result in lack of functions (for instance automatic taser replacement).
  4. LMS's post in Error in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader'! was marked as the answer
Hm, could you please try deleting the ScriptHookDotNet dll file (not asi), that might cause issues.
  5. LMS's post in Lcpdfr just won't work, no matter what i do. was marked as the answer
Delete MSVCR110.DLL from your GTA IV folder. It's the x64 DLL while GTA IV is a 32bit process, so it won't work (and say BadImage). Also DLLs like that usually do not belong into the game folder but you should install the proper redistributable so they can be loaded from System32/SysWOW64.
  6. LMS's post in Lcpdfr Error loading LCPDFR_Loader.Loader was marked as the answer
As you can see, it can't load the DLL file because of missing permissions. This is most likely a local permissions issue. Try granting access to the DLL file from the Properties dialog and see if you can install GTA IV in another directory (and best to another drive, like "D", as Windows likes to block access on C).

  9. LMS's post in Size of Blocked Area was marked as the answer
Changing the size is not possible. When using the Quick Action Menu you can deploy as many areas as you wish as long as you don't leave them. The "M" key however toggles the area.

    Hello,

please remove the file "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" from your game root (where the .exe file is). It must only be in the "scripts" subfolder.

  11. LMS's post in LCPDFR does not work, but other mods work for me. was marked as the answer
Yes, those are the right logs. As you can see your LCPDFR.log says "Could not load type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute'". A way to fix that is described here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> (see chapter 2). Simply download http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30653 and install it.

Launch the tool from your game folder ("C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IVGTAIVLCPDFR") and then tick the "Advanced Mode" box at the bottom of the tool. When you select an option then, it will prompt you for a folder.

  16. LMS's post in LCPD:FR (1.0b) Wont Launch. was marked as the answer
    Hello,

too lazy to copy "System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void AdvancedHookManaged.APed.HookCreatePed()" into the search box? You still use the old AdvancedHook.dll (from 0.95), either delete AdvancedHook.dll and reinstall LCPDFR or copy the new AdvancedHook.dll to your game folder from the manual installation pack.

  17. LMS's post in Error Loading Script LCPDFR_loader.loader 1.0b was marked as the answer
Hard to believe you have the C++ redists installed properly when there are no AdvancedHook logs. Please doublecheck using these links: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555 & http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30679 Make sure you get the x86 versions.

    Hello,

the diagnostics tool tells you what's wrong, have you tried using its solutions? You installed LCPDFR into a subfolder (LCPD First Response) while it is meant to be installed into the root directory (where the game exe file is).

  19. LMS's post in No Police Scanner or Handcuff sounds. (GetAudioFileForAction - No file found for) was marked as the answer
Not all streets have audio, that's probably why TULSA_ST is missing. I'm sorrry, I have absoutely no ideay why you have so much trouble getting it to work and I have no clue why the audio won't play either. I never had such an issue. Sorry.

As a last option you might try to install it to a different drive than C:, maybe the permissions are broken somehow. Then again, I suspect that it would fail to access them in the first place and had thrown an error already...

  23. LMS's post in [LCPDFR 1.0b] - Various crashing/cannot call backup. was marked as the answer
    Hello,

soory to hear about all the problems you're facing. But I don't I can help you, since none of your issues is LCPDFR related. You can see in the logs that there is no crash from LCPDFR. All I can do is suggest to lower settings for a more stable expierence. About the random events, when setting it to zero, it will still use the random IV foot chases and set them as an event, but no own events will be started.

  24. LMS's post in installing lcdpfr 1.0b issue was marked as the answer
    Hello,

The diagnostics tool failed to detect your setup automatically, this happens when the registry keys are missing. Tick the checkbox at the bottom ("Advanced Mode") to manually select the folder.

As for you installation, you have installed it twice, but that is not a problem. You can safely delete the LCPD First Response folder. I can see there are some logs created, could you attach those (LCPDFR.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log).
