That's true, the extinguisher is useless. But it wasn't made to be used by players in the first place.

We do not allow uploading or linking to original game files. Just make a new backup of every file that you're going to modify and there won't be any trouble. To re-download verify your game files if you own the game via Steam or create a commandline that contains "-verify" if you own the regular Social Club version. It should then re-download all modded and/or damaged files.

I like the callout ideas, but a lot of the callouts already exist in plugins, same goes for some other features. (Coroner, towtruck, spike strips, road blocks, locking doors to name a few examples). Drinking coffee is already possible. Just hit N while you're on foot. You also have a fire extinguisher when you go on duty. Uhh, that's not really realistic, is it?

I wouldn't recommend that. If you copy and overwrite it each time, you have to wait for it to be done. If you really want to do it with multiple folders, I'd have one clean one and one with mods. Then always start the .exe from the folder you want to play with. That way you also use less disc space.

LCPDFR isn't being developed anymore. The developers are now focusing on LSPDFR for GTA V.

Well, for my defense, I knew he was behind the door (because he used his flashlight for a second) I sprinted through and just wanted to run past him to evade him finding me. That was my plan, at least. I knew it worked when everyone began laughing. Then I thought I had to kill him and ran the way back because I hoped he went on looking for me.. and ran past him again, but this time without knowing. :( -
By enabling the edit mode and right clicking the original file. Then hit replace. You can also just use the Add button.

I think you can't use OpenIV to open the text files. You have to extract the file you wanted to edit first (in your case, carvariations.meta), open it with anything that edits text (I recommend Notepad++, but the default Windows editor works as well), save, and then import the file again using OpenIV.

Nicht, dass ich wüsste. Aber ich glaube es funktioniert meist nur richtig wenn der Ordner nicht anders als "Grand Theft Auto V" heißt. Irgend soetwas habe ich mal gelesen.

Doch, du hast noch andere Mods. Dein Problem liegt bei Police Radio. Du hast die falsche Version runtergeladen, probier die andere. Wenn du also bei Police Radio auf Download drückst, lade dir diese herunter: " 55c90a02c8081_Police_Radio_0.35_RageHook_22_-_hotfix.rar"

Die Dateien konnten nicht ordentlich entpackt werden. Deinstalliere Winrar komplett und lad die neueste Version runter. Probiere dann nochmal die RagePluginHook 0.28 zu installieren, das sollte dann klappen.
