ASP and LCPD detectives arrive to the scene of a homicide. Detectives scour the area for any evidence to lead to the killer. The victim, only known as a female in her 20s, was brutally beaten and then shot multiple times. When asked about the case, lead detective Flynt Hutchensen replied: "It's a shame. They just ditched her body in an alleyway and didn't give a care in the world. We're gonna catch these guys." -

Well the lightbar is from Hilth0, and it was optimized for ELS v7, not 8, so lights can't rotate. It might be boring, but classic cop cars were minimalistic. They aren't Christmas trees. Most of them just had a bubble light and that's it.

I was just driving to a place I could take pictures and I was like "woah. That's a cool picture" haha. -
This is a vintage flavored texture pack for Kinksta's LAPD and CHP Packs. They can be found and The LCPD is not really based off of any department, but the shield is based off of Philidelphia PD. The ASP textures are based off of the Kentucky State Police. I did work for quite a bit with these, even though they are quite simple (most police liveries were very simple back then.) So rate! Tell me what I can improve on! The APS texture comes with blue lights. *I know the lights in the rear window of the Jetstream model flashes red, I don't think I can fix that. There were no emis files to edit* Big thanks to Kinksta for helping out us classic cop guys by making these models. Way to knock these out of the park. Also, I did not make the vehicles have multiple liveries because the vehicles are not multi-livery enabled, but that might come in an update. DO NOT UPLOAD ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS IS A LCPDFR.COM AND GTA-MOD-CENTER EXCLUSIVE. IF YOU WANT TO EDIT THE SKINS, PM ME FIRST. I hope you guys enjoy!
