  4. I really thought that was a mustang for a second there. haha. Hm. Interesting. Anyway, I'm shocked that none of us have talked about the first "muscle car" to ever be implimented by a police department. the AMC Javelin!! Here's a video of a guy who restored 2 of them!
  5. So whats the story behind the NYPD using clear glass after the 60s? It seems once you hit the 70s and 80s, their lights are clear and then sometimes they have the red (like the aerodynic).
  6. NickieB (I think, if I'm not mistaken) has an all blue light pack. Also, BxBugs on GPM has all blue light sheriff cars from awhile back. Pretty much any Kentucky or Arkansas unit will have blue lights as well.
  7. Thanks! Means a lot coming from you and your vids! :D
  8. New video will be up in a few! It's still processing. New single player patrol!

  11. That's what I thought. Huh. Anyway, I thought I'd post some local-sih pictures for you guys! First off, it's not police-themed per se, but here's a shot of Portland, OR in 1958 Second, A 1930s Oregon State Trooper! Then a 50s Ford Fairlane (I believe) Multnomah County Sheriff! Note the red steady burn and the blue beacon light. And lastly, here's an article about a guy who bought a Ex-Oregon State Trooper 1978 Plymouth Fury. He couldn't help but slap a Twinsonic he found at a swap meet (who can blame him!?). He just got it this March, and he said he'll blog about his restoration. Also has a sweet rear pic of a OSP Polara. Strike or FCV, recognize the lightbar? I think I've seen Washington State Police use it too. http://www.philosopherswrench.com/2014/05/oregon-state-police-fury.html
  12. Saw this add in one of my classic car magazines. I don't think I've ever seen a 442 Cop car, let alone a Oldsmobile for a cruiser. Anyone else know about these? The article talked about how Olds did offer a police package for the engine. EDIT: Huh. I guess the CHP had 67 Olds in there fleet but only for that year. http://www.hemmings.com/mus/stories/2008/12/01/hmn_feature8.html

  18. Singleplayer video up now!
  19. Speaking of 'Stangs, We here in Oregon had a few. Also, as much as I love our state, our liveries back then were god awful.
  20. If I remember right, all are by Jack Webb right? I know that they all exist at the same "universe" or time (at least Dragnet 67, Emergency, and Adam 12). I watched an episode of Dragnet 67 and on the radio they had 1-Adam-12 responding with Joe Friday and his partner. Also, I read about how Jack Webb wanted to do a Dragnet 1982, and have Kent McCord (Officer Pete Malloy) be Webb's parter, but Webb passed away.
