Welcom to Oregon in the 80s and 90s. In fact, I'd say about have the crown vics in Portland still use that livery. We're still not changed out to the blue and white design. Great job Strike!! Looks like home! :D Except we use red and blue, not blue and blue. -

Ah. That's one of my favorite skins. I made some edits to a Maui skin to make it black and white. I should actually make that pack from scratch sometime. -
As Acod said, it's on another site, GPM to be exact. Lightbar is not released, nor will it be. -

I personally love CryENB. I think if you tweak it enough, it looks pretty good. That's what ENB I use on all my screenshots. -
