State Trooper Peds in The Family RP server?
The Oregon State Police one's? I'm not sure, it always bugged me that it still says Oregon on the patches. I've been wanting to release my retexture of the RDE ones, so I'll try and do that in the next day or two

Lore-friendly Border Patrol/ICE mods?
RDE and EUP has a lot of stuff if you're looking for lore. I'm pretty sure RDE has border patrol/immigration vehicles and peds.

Houston officer kills unarmed man walking w/ trousers down
I don't know about that department, but a lot of departments don't roll with tasers. Mostly due to money, but some departments don't have the money for OC spray or tasers. But that's a whole other can of worms. That is quite possibly the most broken, ludicrous, rash, dense and insensitive thing I've read on this website. Yeah, this shoot might be a bad one, but everything in that sentence. YEESH. EDIT: Finally watching the video, the actual shoot takes place off camera. We'd have to hope they have body cameras, but I bet they don't. So we don't exactly know what happened. Witnesses can only be so reliable. It's hard to say.

Anytime I hear (not this case specifically) "why didn't he use a taser?" or "why doesn't he shoot for the legs?" Donut was a police officer and SWAT officer. He knows what he talks about.

You say that they're lore friendly, but you still say "Port Arthur" on the logo on the quarter panels.

oldest police vehicle currently in service?
It's actually not a replica. This exact car was in service, and wrecked out at 9,000 miles. It has since been authenticated and restored to original condition. Most of their vintage cruisers are authentic units. http://www.seametropolicemuseum.org/docs/PoliceSatellite.pdf

married couple in Perris captivated their thirteen Kids
Just a note, in English, captivated doesn't mean what you intend it to mean. Captivated in the sense you mean is an obsolete word. It's meaning is more along the lines of holding one's attention, not to essentially imprison.

Does anyone play Escape from Tarkov? Other interesting shooter suggestions?
Okay lots of questions lol. There are traders in the game that will sell you gear. You make money from doing quests and selling items you find on raids. I've never had an issue with losing everything. Quite the opposite. I've had more gear than I know what to do with at times. There's also a mode called Scav mode and that trades the place of an AI scavenger in the raid and replaces it with you. If you can extract, you get all the gear you were able to find. Die as a scav, and you don't get anything. They're on a 30-minute timer, so you can't spam the mode. It's easy gear honestly. I'd say it's a similar learning curve to Arma. I can't speak for R6: Siege or anything. I don't have that game. Honestly though, most games have curves, but Tarkov has a lot going on. Minimal UI is one of my favorites. No ammo counters and such, so you really have to be careful in firefights. If you've watched enough videos you get the hang of it pretty quick. The Devs have said there will be an open world at some point. They need to finish the game first. A lot of the "story" mechanics aren't there right now. There will be a persistent Hideout feature that you will come back home to after raids. You'll find your stash there and have to maintain it as well. That's coming "soon" (take that as you want). Right now, the mechanics are being worked on and refined. The system you refer to is just the meta of the game in it's current state. There is an offline mode where you can play against bots. You don't lose any gear when you die, but any gear you find in that offline raid cannot be gained. It's mainly for testing tactics and see how weapons perform as well as getting to know the map. The AI is variable. They've been tweaking it for a long time. I've seen AI be terminators with GTAV cop levels of accuracy to just plain stupid. I feel right now, they are about halfway between the two. The AI can already be difficult enough. A lot of skilled players have no problem killing AI. So to them, they could just farm really high value loot without any repercussions. AFAIK, the devs have said offline mode will NOT make it into the final release, but they have changed their stance before. Personally I'd like them to keep it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Anything you use in the offline raid cannot be lost. Say you find an M4 in an online raid. Take it and play an offline raid, and you die. Whatever you brought into that raid will be returned when you die. Basically, it acts as though nothing happened. You can't lose anything in an offline raid. You just can't bring anything back with you if you extract and finish the offline raid. Hope that helps. I stream Tarkov fairly frequently on Twitch. If I'm live, you can stop by and I can explain questions in better detail.

Does anyone play Escape from Tarkov? Other interesting shooter suggestions?
I have a couple hundred hours in it. I love it. What do you need to know? Just know that it's not finished, and there are bugs, but I play it everyday. I got the game in September. I personally upgraded over time to the EOD edition. My buddy @Gunner 9213 has it as well. I know a few others that have different versions and they seem to like it a lot. There is a massive learning curve at first, and it can be frustrating losing gear, but it's fun and challenging and frankly, I haven't played a game yet that has this much crazy, edge of your seat action. If there ever was a time to get it, get it now. It's 25% off. Couple of things: 1) Watching this game can be super boring at times. Action can be sparse, and certain times there seems like nothing is going on. It's a totally different ball game playing it. 2) What keeps you from buying it exactly? You mention "raid, escape, stash, lose everything on death... loot from PvE raids can't be saved [yet]". I'm not sure what you mean. Yes, you do loose everything you have on you if you die, and you do have a finite stash size (updates are coming that will be able for you to increase it i.e. the Hideout system). And at this moment, PvE ("singleplayer") is not planned. It was meant to test things, so there won't be a PvE game mode yet. I just like it to test tactics and test weapons. It would be wayyyyy OP if you could keep items from PvE raids. That's kinda why the Scav mode exists.
