As Ineseri said the video doesn't say the whole story, and it's hard to tell much. They had him on the ground, it seemed like 2 officers had his legs, but we can't really see what's going on with the two other officers. For all we know, he could've slipped one of his arms by an the officer during the struggle and managed to grab onto the gun. It doesn't instantly have to scream bad training, it could simply be "luck" on the suspects part.(I use luck for lack of a better word). They really need to implement these body cameras fast because it's gonna do many do many things. Ease the public, give more evidence than ever available for both sides in situations like these. And protect not only the officers, but the people.

This was justified imo. They tried to go non lethal twice(with batons and bare hands, and with a taser), and they gave him multiple chances to drop/get off the officers's gun. I'm still not sure if he had his own gun because some sources are saying he did, but most aren't. Either way, you go for a cops's gun, expect the consequences that come with that decision.

I think I know your problem. I'm guessing the cars you downloaded in that els pack included their own els configs? If so, make sure you put them into the ELS folder you created, and rename the things in the slotcontrol to match those configs. Other than that idk

Just create a folder called ELS. Put the slot control and default config into the ELS folder. Now drag the ELS folder, the advancehook, scripthook and dsound(depending on if u want multiplayer or not) and all the other main files, not the pdfs and stuff in the main directory

What are you downloading, because I just downloaded els v8, and it has all the files.

All those tutorials are using 3ds Max I think, so use that

I hate when this happens so much, I somehow manage to fix it though. If it absolutely isn't possible to reach the top of the toolbar window and drag it back, try extending the window until it snaps to one side. After that you should be able to mess around and get it back into place. Or you can go to the settings in zmod at the top of the page. Go to View-Floater-Scene nodes browser or toolbar. It's super tedious though. Last thing you can do is delete zmodeler and reinstall it

Well the rc20 is just because that base model. I can only guess it's messed in open because of the s*** update or you accidentally moved dummies or the actual L0's. Probably the s*** update

You can setup checkpoints with lcpdfr. I think the keybinding are messed up for it on 1.0d but 1.0c should work fine with it.

I'm guessing the name of a material is not recognized by the game. Check the material that those parts use in the materials editor and see if the name is something like: random mesh. or interior, interior2, generic, or etc. Make sure the space is there before the type of material. This should help better understand. It could be that it's all one name, or the type of material is misspelled

I'm pretty sure it's just whatever shape you create using the shape tool. Wheels I have no idea, take it off a default car

So I finally learned how to make lightbars drot,kinda, but I hate how some of the env lights are red or white when my lightbar is blue and red. Basically is there a way to change this in the ini or do certain siren#s have different colors?
