Ghost skin for the slicktop ram. Is the grey too light? And there will be two versions of the slicktop. A patrol one with markings and a good amount of lights and another unmarked one with less light(supervisor I guess) -
I left that stuff out for a reason (I started crashing when I added the rest of the equipment and to keep the poly count under 200k), and you can make the spotlight invisible

Ah ok problem is how do you train them to do it? All these non lethal options are not perfect. I do agree with you that cops should be trained to go for the less lethal option more, but I think overdoing would put the officers at too much risk. Human instinct will always take over imo. I also believe that training should go both ways, teach people what movements are threatening towards police officers (like reaching towards waistband). It shouldn't be a one way street, teach the public as well.

What exactly do you mean, maybe if the police were trained to disable the subject only? They aren't trained to pull out their guns in every situation, the gun is usually the last resort. So aren't they already trained to disable the subject (ie. taser or baton that most cops don't use), until the option of lethal force is necessary?

These types of places and operations are everywhere. And I'm not surprised CPD has this place, considering Chicago is like top 5 in the US for number of gang members and gang violence.

If u edit the ion and xlp textures you should be a able to get a brighter effect, so mess around with those

I don't think a pursuit is a good time to take moment and think about what to do next, the cops priority depending on the situation is to catch/stop the suspect. When you're in a pursuit and the suspect reaches for their waistband, you really can't take the chance. It's a split second decision, and I would be prepared and pull out my weapon, rather than use that time to think. Doesn't mean they have to shoot, but better to be prepared imo. I do understand they should train them to do this in less stressful situations. Like a person intoxicated in public, disputes between people, although those can get ugly real quick. But training them to think before being prepared in a more stressful situation like a pursuit, or a suspect trying to assault them seems like a bad idea.

I remember reading about that somewhere else. It's ridiculous that they would train them to do that(or attempt to train). At least they got paid overtime for that bulls***.

Leave the els files in your game. Take the advancedhook and scripthook from the lcpdfr file/download and just overwrite it.

Nice lighting setup, I just have one suggestion. That lincoln navigator makes no sense at all lol. Slicktop would've been fine, but one with a lightbar just makes no sense. I would've replaced it with a tahoe, or since you wanted an expedition, a suburban would've been a good replacement. Again, just a suggestion.
