I know some older models act weird with els 8, but there's nothing you can really do about it. I've seen some people do something with the config or whatever, but it's still messed up.

To add to what Lt. Kanyo said, your're not gonna find many pictures of the interior for each department's cars. The basic equipment for most cars is a console, partition, maybe gun racks, laptop, sometimes a radar and etc.

Like others have said, cops will not respond well to this. People have been shot while holding airsoft or bb guns, which do not have that kind of sound when fired. This thing will get a more aggressive response from cops. They're gonna hear the sound, call in a shots fired, roll up to scene of person aiming a realistic looking gun with a "victim" on the ground coughing and shit, next thing you know the person with the "non lethal gun" freaks out and ends up getting shot by the cops. Bad idea imo

Stupid idea. Carry a real gun if you can, or just carry normal pepper spray.

I believe he had gone to jail a bunch of times before for failing to pay child support. So I'm guessing he had warrants for that and didn't want to go back to jail, so he resisted

Bike, or Hot Weather Uniforms. Set 3 will be the other GTA 5 Peds, Set 4 is female deputies, and Set 5 are some retextured detective peds. 6 might be some Green Sheriff Swat unis, or something else. I'll probably release this Ped Pack separately from the car pack. -
Absolutely true, but if Scott still had the taser in his hands, who knows if the taser would've failed again. All he had to do was pull the trigger and the next 5 second charge could disable the officer. Or it could've done nothing.

At first I was on the the victims side. But after watching the video more and more, it looks like the cop was tased by the guy. Right as he runs away, it looks like the taser prongs were in the officer's arm. http://gyazo.com/abbed444d5f0632cb3ab148365b98f1b But idk, maybe not murder. Manslaughter seems more likely

You could try replacing the _spec textures with just black textures in open iv. That seemed to help when I did it with GTA 5 peds.

Detach them, apply a lightsemissive material using the same texture, and then attach them to the headlights L0s

Dodge Challenger w/ FS Lighting Features FS Valor, Micropulses, Impaxx, and a Latitude Progard Seat Organizer is extra_10 in case you want a partner It's a Challenger... ....that's pretty much it Bugs/Important Shit Base Model is still a WIP, it's not perfect: floats off the ground like an inch, collisions are kinda weird and I don't have a handling line so use whatever ^^^^^^^^^^^^
