I personally think Garner's poor health played a huge role in this, and it would have probably been the same result if they had tased him or put him in any other high stress situation. He died on the way to the hospital from cardiac arrest. One person, the officer, should not have to take all the responsibility for Garner's death. Garner himself shouldn't have been doing the same s*** that he was out on bail on. The officer for not letting go, and maybe even the lawmakers for this dumb law in the first place.
