Car is pretty much done. License plate and bumper lights are randomly spawning. There's also randomly spawning spotlights (up and down), and a randomly spawning partitions (in case you want to use the vehicle as a marked unit).© Black Jesus

In a city with 8 million+ people, the cost of this is to the taxpayers is miniscule, like almost non existent. And so what they're catering to the LGBT minority? It's the Pride March, and that minority was the victim in the deadliest terrorist attack in the US since 9/11. Seriously, the people criticizing this are the type of people that bitch about everything. Great show of support by the NYPD, here's more pics:

Lifted it up a bit, and gave it new wheels. I'm trying to add an offroad bumper, but it gets fucked up in-game every time. Same thing is also happening to the wheels, so I gotta figure that out.© Black Jesus

That's the same gameconfig and dlclist I tried at first.

I've deleted 2 out of 4 of my extra dlcs. It wasn't working with all 4 a couple days ago, then randomly started doing this bs when I started it up last night. Didn't work for me

So I've discovered the issue with my game (this time) is the fact that it refuses to work with a modified dlclist.meta, which I need for RDE and other addons. I've tried many different gameconfigs, and it still crashes trying to load story mode. Any help would be much appreciated.
