  4. Voted They all look good to me but Police2 wins my vote.
  5. In the PM you sent me you said you had GTA V which is why I told you to post here, but now you just mentioned both GTA V and GTA IV.
  6. Since your question is slightly different than what the OP was requesting help for, and since the OP has a long list of stuff he wants help on, it would be best if you created your own thread because it will be confusing trying to help two people at once with different issues. Also, as Mark says, you should only have to double click it. However, I think you might need 7Zip or winRAR before you can run the installer. I personally prefer 7zip. I'm hiding your posts to prevent this thread from being diverted away from the OP's questions.

  8. I updated a couple hours after the 8.1 release (from win 8 to win 8.1). Not really too much different, just a few UI improvements here and there.
  9. Mine blows up if you just sneeze on it practically
  10. Correct, that thread is no longer needed as there is an entire section dedicated to mod requests.
  11. Folk metal is heavy metal that has traditional folk aspects in it (here's an example '>). And I did find that video hilarious as well since I don't always consider Dubstep / Bass to be true music. For some reason though I like listening to them in the car. No idea why.
  12. If I'm driving I'll usually listen to Bass or Dubstep but any other time it's either Symphonic Death Metal, Melodic Death Metal or Folk Metal (as evidenced by my profile page lol).

  16. ^ That was my reaction. I was so excited for November to come.
  17. Sources: http://blog.ubi.com/watch-dogs-delay/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Htp3a0P-KN8 Looks like Watch Dogs is getting hit with quite the delay, unfortunately. The reasoning is to add more polish to the game.
  18. Glad to see I'm not the only one thinking this then.

  20. Technically the bill has only passed in the Senate and not the House yet, so I'm cautiously optimistic. However, analysts expect it to pass in the House as well. It only funds the government for a few months so there is a potential for the whole thing to continue again later.
  21. Haha I know, I ran over them once and I said "you're sh*tting me, right? Did that just happen?" I also blew my old tank up on purpose one time with C4 and while it was burning I heard "pop pop" from the tracks. Apparently the game really thinks it has tires.
  22. So, what are your thoughts on the Rhino Tank in GTA V? I've been messing around with it for a few days now and I personally feel it is way too weak in the game. The firepower is decent but the durability seems to be lacking, or maybe bugged. I say this because: Spike strips affect the tank just as though it has tires (you hear the "pop" sound and the tracks act like burst tires). The tank is almost useless after this unless you want to sit in place forever. Running over 2-5 cars will cause you to blow up. Running over or staying too close to a flaming piece of metal or a flaming car will cause the tank to catch fire and explode a few seconds later. One shot with the cannon at close range (like if you accidentally shoot right next to you) will cause it to blow up. As for the firepower, only a direct hit on a police car or ground unit will blow it up / kill them. A "nearby shot" won't kill them. So yeah, what your your thoughts? I still enjoy causing mayhem in the tank but I feel that Rockstar could have done better with it. At least it can take a barrage of gunfire no problem.

  24. This is typically caused by GTA removing objects from the game in order to save memory. It's possible that the 1GB of VRAM on your video card isn't quite enough for GTA to maintain all of the backup while playing the game with LCPDFR installed, but it could also just be GTA trying to be memory-efficient. There really isn't a fix for this (that I know of, at least). You could try cutting back on your mods a little. EDIT: Just saw that you have both asi loaders. You should delete either xlive or dsound (preferably xlive) as it may cause problems, although probably not this.
  25. This is something that someone could probably make with the new 1.0 API, so I doubt it would come built-in.
