I have to admit the LSPD are still "mind readers" as I can make a clean break with no one seeing me but they still ALWAYS swarm my exact location no matter where I hide (bushes, behind a building, etc). Even when hiding underground I'll see them swarming above my player blip (so even when hidden they know right where I am) although they luckily don't follow into tunnels too far from the stations. Edit: That's just being nitpicky, though. The police are still WAY better than in IV. Great post, by the way.

Well you can buy Law Enforcement licenses (who needs the Academy?) so maybe once that's done you'll have all the basic policing tools. Ineseri you need to get on that and report back. :) Already mentioned on steam but I'll mention it again, good job.

It's a limitation of 0.95 from what I recall.

It's possible you pushed a clump of dust against a fan and it's hitting, I've had it happen once to my PSU fan. A quick blast with the air compressor again cleared it right up. Hair dryers don't push enough air to really clean the system well and, as stated above, aren't the best idea in general. And I hope you didn't use the heat setting on the hair dryer, as that much heat could really cause some damage.

You're positive that your computer isn't overheating, right? This is exactly the behavior I would expect from an overheated system. You might want to take an air compressor or some canned air to the inside to clean out the dust. Even if it's not heat causing the problem, it is still a very good idea (coming from someone with a gaming laptop). It's worth a try, anyways.

Don't want to go too off-topic, but the top of the firetruck will fit through the garage door just fine, but it will scrape on the top. The bumper sometimes clips through the garage door but the game still saves it and the door still closes. It doesn't fit in Franklin's garage, however. Haha well yes I suppose you could fit three vehicles if you really tried. The most I've done volume-wise is a firetruck and an FIB Granger in Michael's garage.
