This mod adds in 17 vehicles that are from TLAD and TBoGT!
This mod is also for GTA4 only. I don't think it will work to well on EFLC.

---WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?---
This mod reworks the way the game dispatch units based on your wanted notoriety.
Also adds in the Highway Patrol, FIB, and Military to assist in taking down the wanted player.

---WANTED LEVEL STRUCTURE---
-Los Santos
At one star, the police will respond in Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos.  With male and female Police Officers.
At two stars, the police will deploy roadblocks using Police Cruisers and Police Buffalos.
At three stars, the police will respond in Police Interceptors, Police Transporters, Police Cruisers, and Police Buffalos.
LSPD Detectives will now assist and respond in unmarked Police Cruisers.
The police will add the Police Transporter to their vehicle roadblocks, as well as using the Police Transporter for spike strips.
The Police Maverick will start to spawn with Police Officers operating them.
At four stars, the FIB will respond in FIB Buffalos and NOOSE will respond in FIB Grangers and Police Riots.
The FIB will start to use vehicle roadblocks using FIB Buffalos, and FIB Grangers.
NOOSE will take over air Support and use Police Mavericks and Annihilators, plus using Police Riots with spike strips.
At five stars, the police will stop responding and the Military will take their place.
All police roadblocks are replaced with Marines and their vehicles.
Federal agencys, like the FIB and NOOSE, will continue to respond and assist.
FIB and NOOSE roadblocks are still in play.

-Blaine County and Los Santos County
At one star, the police will respond in Sheriff Cruisers and Sheriff Grangers.  With male and female Sheriff Deputys.
At two stars, the police will deploy roadblocks using Sheriff Cruisers and Sheriff Grangers.
At three stars, the Highway Patrol will spawn in SAHP Police Cruisers, SAHP Police Buffalos, and Police Bikes to assist the Sheriff Deputys.
The police will start to use Sheriff Grangers to deploy spike strips at roadblocks.
The Police Maverick will start to spawn with Highway Patrol operating them.
At four stars, the FIB will respond in FIB Buffalos and NOOSE will respond in FIB Grangers and Police Riots.

---About This Mod---
This mod is designed to change the idle animation your character does to the correct one.
Like, if you play as Niko, you do the normal "Niko" idles. If you play as a cop you do cop idles (like walkie animation).
Also does in-car animations as well!

---How It Works---
When you idle, or stand still, your character normally does stuff that Niko does. This mods purpose is to change the idles so when you play as someone
other than the main character, or multiplayer character, you will do animations that character does. Some animations will work as you walk too.

---How It Works Online---
The mod does work online without a problem. But, since this is a client side mod, no one else can see what happens on your screen unless they have this
mod as well.
