  1. I use to have this problem, but that was before I reinstalled windows (had a virus). But after the reinstall and all the Windows Updates, I don't seem to get this error anymore. So my only guess on to fix this is to check for Windows Updates. Other than that, I would have no idea on how to help you out here mate. :|
  2. Well, you would use your phone to create a Private (or Public) Free Mode room. Take out your phone, pick Multiplayer, then Live Game (just not the option that says LAN something), then pick Create Room or whatever. From there, pick how many private slots you want, I'd reccomend all private slots so it's a private room. Less likely to crash with just friends, but you'll probably still crash. From there, set the settings you want for the room. IE, cars (high/low), peds (high/low), ext, and start the game. Then you can invite your froms from LIVE. Either use your phone to invite or go to the guide by pressing Home. EDIT: Woops, totally didn't notice you already explained it, sorry about that. :P

  5. Lol, those are for looks. Umm, if you are using a car mod that uses ELS, check the ELS.ini for which key you need to press.
  6. That's really up to you if you want to release it.

  9. Just reinstall it, and make sure the "Disable Callouts" option isn't enabled.

  11. Umm, if you're talking about LCPDFR, use Shift to pull them over. Key guide here:

  13. Guess that command must be a script I have. Oh well, you can always reload your save. That should revamp the map so everything gets deleted.
  14. You will need either SparkIV or OpenIV. Pick what you perfer using. Using one of the programs, go to this directory: C:Program FileRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVpcmodelcdimages Then open componentpeds.img. Use the filter/search bar to find which cop you would like to reskin. M_M_FatCop_01 (Fat Cop) M_M_FBI (FIB) M_Y_Cop (Skinny Cop) M_Y_Cop_Traffic (Traffic Cop) M_Y_STROOPER (State Trooper) M_Y_SWAT (N.O.o.S.E) Open the .wtd and export the skin you would like to redo. (SparkIV) To import your skin back into the game. Pick the .wtd and click edit. Find the skin you redid, select it, and click import. Then close that window, don't forget to click Save before closing out SparkIV. (OpenIV) Click Edit Mode and open the .wtd. Find the skin you redid, select it, and click replace. Then it should save autoly. You can close out OpenIV. Hope I covered it all mostly. To edit the skin, you your own program. If you really want, you can always use MS Paint.
  15. Yeah, I had that too. If you use "delete" in the console, they should be deleted.

  17. It's not really hidden if that little map that Rockstar gives you in the game case points out where it is. :|
  18. There's this: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=487190
  19. Noob cars are for noobs.
  20. There's a few things needed for LCPDFR to run. You'll need either GTA4 or EFLC patched to its highest patch (GTA4 patch 1.0.7.0, EFLC patch 1.1.2.0). These should only be installed after the game it's self is on your computer. You'll also need Microsoft .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. Then install LCPDFR, which is located in the Dowload section. If you are getting errors and such, consolt this topic: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forum-20/announcement-5-need-support-read-this-first/
  21. Please, GTA has always been a console game. It's never gonna be optimized for PC. :P
  22. No, not that often. Not a car mod fan. I love the vehicles in the game already, why bother replace? Hell, I even added some vehicles I liked from EFLC into my GTA4. But I mostly mod the fuck out of the game files, alot. But I never encounter a problem where it requires me to reinstall. Rarely yes, but most of the time no.
  23. I know Lt.Caine made a ELS version of the Police Cruiser. Although, I havn't been on GPM in a while. From what I know, most of the download links are broken. I would check to see if this mod was downloadable, but currently their site is down for updates or whatever.
