Probably my favorite aspect of Mafia 2 was the police. They actually pulled you over for speeding, just wished they would arrest you or others instead of taking bribes. Oh well, gotta love that Smith Custom 200.

Umm, heyy. I see people are talking about adding vehicles and what not to GTA4. I made a added car pack here on LCPDFR.com, you can install it and replace the cars you want. It adds some cars from TLAD and TBoGT to GTA4. No, you do not need to own any of the DLC's to run this mod. Also, going off some older posts... SparkIV is a nice little program. I still use it. Mostly for accessing the game's audio files or exporting textures. Other than that, everything else I do recommend OpenIV. It is alot stronger and supports high quality shit like importing a huge ass texture. I know if you have like, Nortan or something, it will see OpenIV as some sort of virus. It's not a virus, Nortan is just shit. So turn it off and install OpenIV and use it to modify my mod. I don't care if you add even more cars to my added car pack, you should give it a try. I hate that. The cars have a form of invincibility and look fake as hell them magically flying away from you when you catch up to them. It's true, the AIs in this game arnt the best at running away, that's why R* made preset paths for AIs to run in missions. It shows that even they knew it was shit. But not much we can do. I know pursuits last alot longer when there is little to no traffic on the road, since the evader has nothing to try to avoid (which causes him to hit mailboxes and shit).

Odd, you sure you ran LaunchGTAIV.exe as admin? Make sure you are in the games root and run both GTAIV.exe and LuanchGTAIV.exe as admin. Then to play gta4, you will need to run LaunchGTAIV.exe as admin every time. If it still persists, do what everyone else is saying, do another reinstall. Of course, as the last two posters said, make sure the Grand Theft Auto IV folder is completely gone before installing after the uninstall.

You are able to run mutiple scripts at the same time. Only problem you will probably get, is keys might be used my mutiple mods. Check the config file of the scripts and re-asign keys so they do not conflict with other mods.
