  1. I'm confused also. I still haven't been notified of upgrading to 10m but so many others already have it...
  2. About how long did it take to install the windows 10?
  3. I will be downloading it though my bit concern is that it will big down performance for gaming. I've heard some reviews that t negatively affects gaming.
While I'll award you 3 stars for the effort in creating a mod and publicly releasing it, I still don't quite understand what this mod actually is. A small video or a few screenshots of the actual mod in-game would go a long way. I'll update my review once we have a better understanding on what this mod does.
  4. Do you happen to have any links to a Swedish media outlet on this story? All of mine are American and the such, and our media loves to divide the population and cause an unneeded stir, leaving parts of the story unmentioned. I'd prefer to see a Swedish one since it seems more reliable. American media isn't reliable.
  5. Now are there certain regulations that police are required to follow in Sweden prior to conducting drug tests and the such? Or are the police able to pull anyone over and do it? For example in the United States police must have reasonable suspicion of probable cause to search your vehicle. They can't just walk up and search your car.
  6. LOL. So apparently the renowned American pop artist "Snoop Dogg" was detained/arrested in Sweden for allegedly using some sort of narcotics. Snoop Dogg was pulled over by police and transported to a police station where he was ordered to take several drug tests. Snoop Dogg recorded his joy ride to the station and made statements such as "[N-word] as got me in the back of police car right now in Sweden, cuz,". In the tests and searches absolutely no drugs were found, nor any evidence of drugs according to these articles. Snoop Dogg claims racial profiling may have played a factor in his detainment. "They didn't find sh*t" was his statement afterwards. Snoop Dogg has vowed to not return to Sweden after the encounter with police, stating "2 all my sweden fans U can blame YA police dept for never seeing me again in your beautiful country. ... and I'm still smokin" Clearly I'm not Swedish, so I'm not all too familiar with Swedish policy and such when it comes to this. I'm not sure if racial profiling is an issue in Sweden, or if Swedish police are known to do this kind of thing. Keep in mind, absolutely no drugs were found after Snoop Dogg was released; according to these articles. ========================================================================================= https://www.yahoo.com/music/s/snoop-dogg-arrested-sweden-claims-170300297.html http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/snoop-dogg-arrested-in-sweden_55b51421e4b0a13f9d18d7a4 http://www.inquisitr.com/2285458/snoop-dogg-arrested-swedish-police-detain-rapper-over-suspicion-of-drug-use/ http://www.msn.com/en-us/music/news/snoop-dogg-arrested-in-sweden-for-drug-suspicion-takes-to-instagram-to-shun-the-police/ar-AAdwT7I?ocid=ansMSNEnt11
  7. Yeah Baltimore is notably cheaper than a lot of other cities, not sure why though. I've lived in Baltimore a few years and it was cheap as a bubble gum machine. I decided to move out though, had my reasons. Now I live in one of the wealthiest counties in the country, and I regret moving here. I can barely afford to live here. Upper middle class single family homes run at about $2 million.
  8. Police are no longer public officials, but rather government officials. They have become a secret society with a secret agenda. The people no longer pay their taxes, the state or government does. :) Didn't think I knew that huh? I have my own fences. This made me puke in my mouth a little. I won't address the rest of your comment, because I don't have the patience to do so at this current time; and I'm not in the best mood... but this... I have to address this. I sincerely do hope and pray to the Lord that you aren't serious when you state this. The police are the people, I don't understand why people seem to think that police are robots or something. They have wives, husbands, kids, homes and family just as we do. I'm sure that if the police were commanded to do something notably wrong or abusive, most would be willing to lay down their badge then act dishonorably and betray what they stand for and defend. I don't understand how anyone could think that the police are a "secret society". I honestly don't even know what that means.
  9. Depending on where you live, $50,000 can either be really good or really bad here in America. In my area, that's very very very bad.
  10. Do you mean LSPDFR recognizing that you are in a pursuit when it wasn't LSPDFR triggered? I agree that this would be a great feature. Or simply the ability to mark any pedestrian or any vehicle as wanted, regardless of if they've committed a crime or not. We could just drive up to someone and mark them as wanted, and other officers will attempted to arrest them. Would be pretty cool.
  11. Not sure what this actually is, do you mind explaining a bit further?
I really appreciate mods like this. They're small and compact, yet they make such a notable difference in the overall gameplay immersion. Outstanding work, and hopefully FinKone is cool with it!
  12. I'm a bit curious as to your opinion on this civilian perspective of law enforcement duties. Apparently everyone seems to know exactly how law enforcement should operate, judging their every action; what do you think of this?
  13. Well, I believe that this is primarily a result of parenting incompetency. Not everyone is competent enough to successfully raise children, hence not everyone should have children. The source of this spike in violence is quite easy to reach. If we look at this in a chronological manner, what makes violence increase? Well, let's take a look: Child is born in a rough neighborhood. Child goes to school with terrible educational standards and teaching qualities. Child receives a crap education. Parents at home don't teach the child basic values such as respect, order, and maturity. Child grows up thinking the rest of the world is exactly the same way as his hometown neighborhood. This makes the child not give a damn. Child drops out of high school, turns 18, and is now treated like an adult. Our current education system has failed him at this point. At this point, the "child" doesn't have an education, doesn't have any principle of basic human values, doesn't know right from wrong, doesn't fully understand how economics work, and doesn't have any sufficient guidance from a higher figure such as a parent. Now the "child" isn't making enough money to support himself, let alone a small family if he's had unprotected sex; nor does he have the education or skills required to attain an efficient job. This "child" really only has one option at this point, take what he needs from someone else, crime. Now, he's broken into someone's home, beaten or killed someone, and got himself thrown into jail. What was my purpose in sharing this? To provide an example of a failed child. This is the problem that we have here in America. We need to start with holding parents accountable, and ensuring that our schools are educating our youth enough to be self sufficient and successful after their education has been accomplished. We need an education system that recognizes ALL students, not just those who exceed the standards or fall short of them, but those students who continue to try their best and still fail. Of course, this is just my opinion.
  14. The United Statss has a notably larger population than other countries, the third largest population in the world to be exact. It's also the most diverse of the top three largest countries. This can easily play a factor in crime and such along those lines, but that's a completely different discussion. Getting back to the discussion at hand, which we've had several times in the past might I add, American police make presumptions because those presumptions have a high chance of being correct in America. What am I saying? When a police officer in America knocks on your house door, they don't stand directly in front of the door. Why don't they? Because there is always a possibility that the person on the other side has a weapon of some sort, and could decide to discharge that weapon at the door. This would likely kill the officer. To prevent this from happening, officers don't stand directly in front of the door when they knock. If we look over to a country such as the UK, this probably isn't an issue there. Police probably don't need to stand to the side, because the chance of someone discharging a weapon isn't as high. What's my point? Police in America do what they feel necessary to keep our streets safe; and to keep themselves safe. One wrong assumption can be the difference between them being dead, or someone behind that door being dead.
  15. Understood, but I was referring to Mexico's direct involvement in American civil rights. Mexico did not physically send troops or aid into the United States during the civil rights era to ensure civil rights.
  16. And what would happen when the suspect pulls the gun quicker than the officers and manages to get a few shots off? Now we have injured officers, a suspect at large firing live rounds, and a situation that got out of hand when it really didn't need to.
  17. This is something I want the United States to do. I was us to recall our deployed forces, deconstruct all of our foreign bases, and close our borders. Then just sit by and see what happens.
  18. LMAO. I can't take you seriously anymore at this point. I've had debates with others about exactly what you're talking about, but I just can't take you seriously anymore. You're arguments are just goofy. I'll take a few screenshots of your responses to have in my files, just in case I need to reference them when making points in the future. The door is open, you're only beating a dead horse at this point. By the way, you say you'd rather be a dead Portuguese? Do you think you could make that happen, or is that just more trash talk.
  19. Trying to find out how to block you so that I don't see you anymore on this forum. The ignorance is mentally painful for me.
  20. Let me know if you run into anymore issues with Norton.
  21. As you continue to post in this topic it becomes more and more clear that you don't have a clue what you're talking about. "Jewish mainstream media" this is the dumbest thing you've said thus far. I'm not even going to fully address this, because the moderators won't like my response. Again, the title of "world police" isn't a self-acclaimed title. It's a title that the world has given us, and most Americans are aware of the title to an extent. Just because Americans understand why the world has given us this title, doesn't mean that we're proud to have this title. Here again, just another ignorant sitting outside US borders thinking they know everything about the US. I wasn't suggesting that the US invade Mexico. We shouldn't send any sort of aid to Mexico period, it's their problem. It's a problem that Mexico should have dealt with centuries ago, and they've only let it worsen over the years. When the United States was going through the civil rights era, did Mexico hop across US borders to help us ensure civil equality? No, because that was our problem, and we overcame it. I don't agree that we should send our service men and women to help another country with its own problems, and neither would the rest of America. It's also very hypocritical to say that we should stop being the "world's police", yet suggest we stick our nose into Mexico's business. Again, I'd suggest you do a bit of research before posting. Nope, lot's of Mexicans would still immigrate to the United States. Plus it's not just Mexicans coming to the United States, people from all over Central American and South American are immigrating, more than any other continent or region. The biggest issues they face are crime, poverty, corruption, and underdevelopment. These aren't our problems, these are their problems, and they need to fix them themselves. If they wish to immigrate then we welcome all legal immigration. At this point your only spouting bull shit that we're all already aware of. Maybe the Portuguese media is just now reporting on what's happening in the world, I'm not sure. I would highly suggest you do take a seat out of this discussion, as you said you would.
