Stuff happens. Police Officer did what he had to do. Now he could have use a taser, or shot him in the leg. Shooting him up like that wasn't really all that necessary, but it is what it is. Not sure how Police officers work, but if the officer knew that he had a knife, he could have had the taser ready. I'd also expect Police officers to have quick enough reflexes to be able to swap out a gun for a taser. I guess not. Maybe I'm wrong. If I am, please correct me so I don't walk around and be wrong.

Anyone got any good ENB's that they'd like to share? I dislike the original lightning of GTA IV.

Obviously I'm not European, but I haven't been keeping up on how Europe is doing. Especially western Europe. Do things seem to be getting better or worse? By the looks of these comments and topics, it seems to be getting worse.

Really depends on what your opinion of "Tough" is. I thought it was a pretty tough take-down, others may think it was a very minor incident.

So for my circumstances, 1.0.7.0 would be the better patch regardless of anything about it. My only reason for playing GTA 4 right now is lcpdfr to be completely honest. Thanks for the help. I appreciate it.

This is why I made this thread, because of conflicts like above. I can't find a clear answer to which patch is more stable and gives higher performance.

Not sure if this is in the correct section. If it isn't can a moderator please move it if possible? I heard that patch 1.0.4.0 is a lot more stable than 1.0.7.0. Is this true? What is the best patch for performance?

I agree. It's sad. Just driving through the suburbs could have you carjacked or killed. I think they should probably do something about that, because pretty soon all that ghetto is going to go straight into the wealthy city of Paris. France will then be a dead ghetto mess. I think it's his fault. If he hadn't ran from the Police in the first place, maybe he wouldn't have been shot. That cop might be playing a little too much lcpdfr.

Not sure if this is a good thing or not. That Russia see's our military as a potential threat. It makes me comfortable knowing that they know if they do anything to us, I'm sure something will happen to them right back. ten-fold.

I'm not saying our military actually does do that. All of my family members have served in the military, and this actually just proved my point. I'm saying if the Chinese or Russians created a game with content like that, I'm sure lot's of Americans would be offended. There are games out there where the opposition is doing that kind of thing to civilians, and the bottom line is that your job is to stop it.
