I'm not sure how you're able to come to a conclusion about what Obama cares about. Only he knows what he cares about. The rest of us just make assumptions based on given circumstances. Also, are you implying that we should have the American soldier in Afghanistan? Just for him to likely be tortured into releasing vital information about American military positions? The saying of the entire United States Military as a whole, "Never leave a man behind". It isn't "Leave a man behind if he is a deserter".

It says that the file download is blocked for me. I'm having a similar issue as well. Hopefully someone figures this out.

I notice it during the vehicle selection menu when you first start up LCPDFR. If I constantly go through the selection of vehicles back and forth, sometimes the light bar may appear. For the most part, it's invisible like in the screen shots. It's only doing it for that particular model, so I'm assuming that model is bugged. What a shame, I love how it looks to. :/ Thanks for the assistance anyways!

No I do not have ELS installed.

I use Non-ELS vehicles. I notice on the vehicles that the light bar is missing. I see small bits of the light bar, but the entire thing is basically invisible. I also notice that I seem to get a mixture of broken and fixed textures on the car, as far as the light bar goes. Sometimes, the cop car spawns with the light bars perfectly fine. Others, it spawns invisible.

I can't seem to find any LCPD vehicles. I'm looking for vehicles similar to the NYPD, but read LCPD on the vehicle. I prefer NON-ELS vehicles.

No, I don't understand how the Krispy Kreme doughnuts truck has anything to do with the joke. I understand the stereotype of all cops liking doughnuts. I just don't get this joke. Maybe it's because It's not funny to me, who knows. No sarcasm intended, I just really don't get it.

Anyone know where I can find the original audio file? I replaced the default file, and forgot to back it up. I can't find it anywhere.

It is my PC specs. I run GTA IV on a toaster, so I can't really do much to modify my game experience. :(

I wish I had your luck. Every ENB I've used has absolutely broken my GTA IV. I swear on my life that the only reason I still play GTA IV, is because of LCPDFR.

Careful with ENB's. They can wreck your entire GTA IV. I usually stick with Timecyc mods.

Just one more thing that makes lcpdfr more difficult to play. From AI officers crashing into you, causing a wreck and allowing the suspect to get away,to your partner sitting in the back seat after a callout. I will admit, some of these issues are pretty funny. I always love when AI officers are attempting to arrest a suspect, and your partner is the only person unleashing full clips on the person. Something else I find hilarious is when you're in a vehicle pursuit with a suspect, and an oncoming officer misses the suspect, and hits you. I used to get pissed and cuss, but It's starting to become pretty funny.

A fresh, vanilla installation of Grand Theft Auto IV is recommended for lcpdfr 1.0 correct?

This is a horrible story, but it's nothing compared to some of the worst things I've heard happen.

I don't like ELS. Plus, It decreases performance when I run the game. I'd rather just use non-ELS cars.
