I'm a high school student, that happens to have a Police officer & two school police officers at the high school, I'm pretty tight with them, and I was wondering how people get radio clicks and such like on TS or ingame, cause I can probably record their radio beeps and such when it goes off, I'm just not sure how to do it, or how it works for the clicks... Hopefully that makes sense, so yeah! I was wondering if anyone could help me with that? Thanks. Jester

So, I couldn't get fraps to work, nor could I get any other program to work that takes screenshots... So I used my phone. :P But anyways, My lightbars are messed up majorly. #1 The charger with the rambar, the lightbars (front & back) both have lights turned on as soon as I get in, but won't do anything when I turn on ELS... Could someone help? The thing was listed as "els_blue" and "els_red" and stuff... #2 The charger without the lightbar, the back light bar is completely white when I get in/out. It's just always white no matter what, and when I turn on ELS, it'll work, but it'll still stay white... #3 The charger with the rambar, it's mirror interceptors stay white... Any reason why? Could someone PLEASE help me?! I just really want to get done with this KHP charger!

Alright, So I haven't played for awhile. It worked before I changed one thing... I tried to make a 2014 Kansas highway patrol that is used as the noose.wtf & .wtd files, that's the only things that have been changed since last. It loads untill it goes to the black screen talking about roman and whatever then it crashes and says LCPDFR hadn't had anything to do with it crashing... Then it'll relaunch and crash.

how so? I haven't quite tried doing high and such. I've mainly done low-medium-high, and that's roughly it, and it's been like this. The enb I installed, I put the stuff as high-end PC but that shouldn't of been too bad... since My settings weren't bad.

Howdy everybody, So, I've been having problems with my graphics... After about 5-20 minutes ingame, my game just seems to go crazy. Buildings begin to start going away, or I can't spawn vehicles through the trainer, and it gets bad. For the most part I use medium settings. Which add up to about 350mb out of my 2gb graphics card. I use car mods, and uniform mods and such, but that shouldn't really make it this bad... I've tried all kinds of uniforms, guns, cars. I only use ELS 8 & LCPDFR 1.1, along with policing and that's about it. I don't do anything really bad on my graphics... I spawn in a police car (LAPD Crown vic usually), the uniform for LAPD, and a few guns and just patrol, and generally do one traffic stop & 1-2 callouts, and then everything goes bad. Can't spawn anything, FPS drops randomly, badly. And the city starts to bug out, I use ModernIV ENB. My PC Specs; CPU- AMD FX-6300 (3.5ghz) GPU- GTX 750 TI (2GB) Ram- 4GB. I usually get anywhere from 30-70fps.

Yeah, I found a couple TPS packs, and just reskinned them or found some cars that are similar and reskinned them. And for the peds, I downloaded a RCMP Pack, and reskinned the yellow (For the most part) to be red, or black.

Hey everybody! So I was wondering if anyone could make, or find me a pack (Put a pack together if you can't find one) that contains Toronto used weaponry, Toronto Police vehicles (Please, nice light bars like in rookie blue. :P) and uniforms of course. If anyone could help me out, it'd be awesome! :D P.S. I can do skinning, I just don't know what kind of cars are realistic and look good since I'm american, I don't know much about Toronto and how your law enforcement operates and such. I put two skins I found from a pack on here.

'Howdy everyone. So, as the titles says it. I was wondering if there was a way to port GTA IV Vehicles (Generally LCPDFR) over to Arma 3? I know you can, I'm just wondering how you can? ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkuedgAzA_c ) in the description he says "Arma 3 configuration" I presume that means he ported it over to Arma 3 from GTA 4? Could anyone please help me with it? I'm an Administrator with an A3L Community and well, There's not many "good" police vehicles, And well. I gotta have my good police cars. ;P So, if anyone could help, that'd be awesome! MmmWhat? So, what do I rename the Extra_1 that's under the Main Extra_1?

Here's what I did... I was told by Dbanker that the charger was buggy or something and I had to put the stuff above chassis if I was going to do stuff inside otherwise it'd appear white. also the lightstick in the back (Dominator Stick or something) was modified by my buddy Dbanker so it'd be red & blue... Anyway that's the problem? 'Cause in the modeler it looks red & blue... but then once I export it and put it into openiv it's clear like in the picture...

I'll give the link to what it looks like in openiv, but It looks normal in openIV but ingame it looks like a light than els... Doesn't flash or anything, just stays white like a light would... When I put the stuff into the police.wtf file during zmodeler, It inflicted with the dash-lightbar, So I changed the back lightbar from extra_1 to "extra_1_B" and placed it under the "extra_1" that was already there... Is that the reason? If so, what should I do? Also for some reason the lights in the grill don't work at all... What's the reason? do I need another grill light or something? They're avengers or something... (What should I download to put in the grill, since KHP doesn't use rambars...) Here's the pictures.
