lmao Speaking of FPIs, I was just in one for the past 4 hours for a police ridealong, not that bad honestly, not much room and definitely not the best at acceleration but got the job done good. As for chargers... No. No, No. No, No, No. Hell to the No, No. lol Chargers are complete shit especially the older versions :P (Like2008-2010) not much room, needs tons of work on it (Mechanically speaking) and just kinda sucks in general. We test out lots of cars trying to figure out what would replace the CVPI, and found out the FPIU does the job amazingly.

Yeah... Sorry lol I only read half of that cause I have to get ready to go in a few minutes, but FPIs? We tried that in my city, and most of the officers hated that. Almost little to no arm room, It has some mechanical issues every so often and among some other things, so now we're transitioning into a full on FPIU fleet and trust me, those things are real nice! Lots of room, accelerates good, and most of all It just looks so nice.

Got back from my city explorer's "meeting" a few hours ago. Had loads of fun! We did "Building searches" which I would also consider alittle bit of an active shooter training. We meet up at a local middle school, and went over some basic stuff, they gave us the infamous red guns (Though they were more orange, and dark red. BTW "Red guns" are kinda like that piece of wood that will ferrell had to use in the movie "The other guys". So in other words it's just a painted piece of wood (Not really wood though) that's shaped like a glock, P.S. Kansas is Glock-Nation!) So back on topic we started in the 3 story part of the middle and split up in groups. 18 people if I remember correctly, three groups of 6, only 12 guns so a group would split up and half (3 people) would hide, while the other half would hide on the second floor for the second group to search for. We'd slowly move down the hallway, checking doors, rooms and whatever else was nearby. People I can't tell you much except for ALWAYS Check your spot you should be looking at while doing a search with other officers. I was hiding one of the times, and could see the reflection of a door's window through another and saw one of the other explorers checking a room (Door since half the rooms were locked) and so I popped out and said bang (Killing him) and everyone just looked at me in surprise cause no one was causing the left side like they should had. A few other times I messed up whenever I was doing the search (Kinda). Me & a female explorer went into a room, and was checking it when I saw a female's foot behind a chair and called out and placed her in custody and when we were leaving another female (A 3rd one, on the left side) popped out and killed us. Once again showing that you need to search all of your area cause since I went first I went right side while the girl I searched with went left and didn't clear it good (Which had the 3rd female kill us on the way out) since I trusted my partner to protect me and clear her side while I cleared mine, it got us both killed. (Not bagging on the girl cause she was pretty chill and I knew her) Explorers is a load of fun! I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and everyone on here and people thinking of doing law enforcement. People who don't even think they'll do it, but want to try it.

First off, it'd probably help to be kind and not rude. I don't know much about FDLC but try uninstalling and reinstalling it, making sure you've got everything updated (Windows, Graphics card). Make sure you've installed everything, correctly. It seems like it's talking about a "phone number" so make sure that's fine. And check to see if you're GTAIV directory is a read-only file, if it is uncheck the box.

Alright, that's what I was thinking of doing... Just another stick of 4GB or a new 8GB stick (Cause I think whenever I bought the ram it was 2, 2GB ram sticks which amounted to 4GB of ram)

Awesome, that's what I was thinking too... I use a (Sorta) custom enb and I usually don't use vehicles unless they're under 130k poly (130k AT MOST) and even when I don't use a high poly vehicle, without a enb I still get texture loss... I was definitely thinking it was the Ram's fault. I had a friend that had 2 16GB ram cards he coulda given me... Shitty thing was my motherboard uses a different kind. :/ So I just gotta work some good hours and buy some more ram. How much ram do you use?

So... I've been having some texture loss in GTAIV and major lag in GTAV... I've got a decent setup, it's not the best or the most priced which is what it's meant to do (Budget PC). But I recently got a job, and I'm thinking of either upgrading my ram or GPU... my Specs are AMD FX 6300 (3.6GHZ?) Geforce GTX 750 ti (2gb) and some random 4 gb of ram I can't remember the name of... Which would be causing me more texture loss/lag? Ram or GPU?

It's already happened... (Kinda) A few Australian "prankers" (The one who wear the sterotypical muslim outfits) were filming a "bomb prank" and decided to try it on a vehicle at a red light, and ended up being shot by the driver (Concealed carry) So it wasn't really Law Enforcement, but they still got shot... A few days later they said they'd continue to do the pranks (Including a picture of the brother/pranker in a hospital bed) lol I guess they never learn... Sometime next a prank will end up in a homicide.

I'm sure they'd get charged so that the police can show that they mean business, not 'pranks'. Though even if they don't get charged, I'm sure they'd still be used as an example of some sort.

Hopefully ya'll have laws like we do concerning things like that... They'll hopefully be charged. I can't think of the exact law name we have but it's like saying "Fire" in a crowded theater... or "Bomb" on a plane. Causing panic. They usually get charged & evaluated at a hospital but yeah I really don't like the way the entire world is starting to 'shape'. "kids" having no problem throwing fake bombs at people dressed as muslims and then saying "It's a prank"... I think the stupidity right now is just climbing cause how would "It's just a prank" make people fine with throwing a fake bomb at them?
