Okay, I'm not entirely sure this is being posted in the right forum... but i think it's the most related forum to my problem. So, Problem; When I attempt to use a Dominator lightstick for the back of my Charger (2014 version, Kansas Highway Patrol like-alike) the lightbar is completely white (Lights/ELS) but they don't move or anything... just kind of acts like a light that just stays white.. Could anyone help me? And if this is in the wrong section... Please don't be a "A-Hole" and close it or whatever, just move it kindly please. Thanks, OfficerHymer.

Could anyone help me find, or make some Kansas Vehicles (Kansas highway Patrol, Johnson County Sheriff Department, and Overland Park Police) I can make the skins, but the vehicles I can not make, nor can I find any realistic ones... :P Please NO CROWN VICS unless absolutely they look realistic, So NO Crown Vics w/ Federal lights or any stupid shit please... :P I've already had too much of them. :P I'm mainly looking for 2015 Dodge Chargers, Chevy Caprices (2014/2015?), 2014 Ford Explorers, and 2014 Chevy Tahoes, and 2015 Ford Interceptors? (It's either that or Taurus' for the OPPD) and if anyone could make some OPPD/JCSD Uniforms that'd be much appreciated. :) I've already got KHP Uniforms. :3 Thanks, Jester.

Hello, Could anyone help me with identifying what font is used for this?... :P I'm attempting to make an OPFD Engine, and other vehicles' skins, and I'd really like to be accurate with what the font is and such because I live in the lovely city. :) So, here's a template I made for Emergency 4 (It's not good quality, due to the game being lowend) And another of an actual engine (There's NO images of our engines side's, or atleast without an angle)

Hello & Good Evening everyone! So, While I'm bored as can be currently since We've got macbooks & It's finals week. I wanted to come onto here and introduce myself, ask a few questions, and wonder why LCPDFR 1.0d didn't work for me last night... Back story time!; So, yesterday I got my PC built & installed windows 8.1 Pro. I installed arma 3 & GTA IV. Both run on medium-High with 40 fps? Or higher? I couldn't tell because I couldn't get my frames on GTAIV but they were much better than what I'm used to with my shitty low-5 fps laptop. So, anyways. I installed all kinds of things. ELS 8.5, Cars, Peds, and so on. I attempted* to install LCPDFR 1.0d automatically, but that didn't work... anyone know why? Is it just because of the mod? or because it's automatic? keep in mind, I only tried for like 10 minutes since I had to study for finals. Also, I'm looking for packs or clan packs or something I could use? :P I'm fine if they're outdated. Anything would be good. :3 Also, I'm trust worthy, So If it's Private, I'm not the kind to leak something that ain't mine. P.S. I'm also looking for a ENB that'd be good, any suggestions? Graphics are usually medium-high, and run at good FPS. Introductions; My name is Jester, I'm in high school & a Fire Explorer. I'm going to probably join the Military as a M.P. after high school, and after a few years in-service I'll attempt to join the Kansas Highway Patrol (Or Missouri). (Because in order to join either one, you need ATLEAST 2 years Past Peace Officer, 60 hours of College, or 2 years Active Military) And by god, They've got some beautiful cars (2014-2015 Dodge Chargers) and amazing uniforms! (Campaign hats are a turn on *Joking*) Specs; My lovely PC ~ *Still haven't named her* GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 750 ti (2gb, 1 fan) CPU: AMD FX-6300 (3.5Ghz w/ Heat sink that came with it) Ram: 4GB of Ram, One stick (I'm not planning on running too many things, or recording) Thanks! ~Jester (I know some people have this)

​That's with an I-3 clocked at 3.1 GHZ... So, would my FX-6300 at 3.5GHZ (4.1 GHZ I think for Turbo?) So, I'd be fine with an ENB right? Plus, I'd mainly just be doing clan patrols with LCSO or someone, and wouldn't be recording, Plus I'm used to 4 fps... :P So, I think 30 or more would be fine with me. ;) Plus, I could keep it on low, and it wouldn't even seem like a difference correct?

I already bought ​everything on the list... Including a EVGA GTX 750 ti 2gb... Will that be fine for now? I'm mainly just wanting to be able to play gta 4 with decent fps and have LCPDFR And CryEnb, Would I be able to do that?

Hello & Good Evening people of LCPDFR, I am currently attempting to build a Gaming PC. and I was curious as to if, you guys could assist me with what to buy/some ideas, I've already purchased two items, A Corsair CS450M and a Cougar Spike Case. I'm waiting on what else to buy for the interior of the Gaming PC. I'm planning to mainly just play this, And Arma 2 & 3. I've also got a bit of a budget. No, I haven't.

Practically did the majority of those, Figured out that it wouldn't let my commandline work due to it being read only. (Haven't checked the documents yet, where savegames are which I doubt any are since I haven't gotten to play yet. :/) But still crashes... :/ Even after I tried practically all of that. The mods I use: ELS v7, LCPDFR .95 (Or something around that, Early-ish version) and then like one or two vehicles with ELS, and the Trainer... It actually loads to the black screen now and then just crashes after a few seconds of the black screen. (Doesn't even load into the game) :/ You know of any fixes?

lmao. Once Again, Hello. My name is OfficerHymer. Okay, So now everytime I launch the game, it loads some-what. Then it'll (Sometimes) Say "Singleplayer" or whatever it says on the black screen, then it just crashes... Anyone know how to fix that? (Keep in mind, I'm not signed into Xbox Live, due to me forgetting the information.)

What Tweaks did you do, If I may ask, Also what commandline do you use? Earlier I tried it again, It was as if my commandline didn't work?... It was confusing. And then when I tried to load the game, it just stopped responding everytime. (And this happened around 5 times, 3 at night, and 2 in the morning) Any solutions?

Okay, first off, My name is OfficerHymer as depicted in my username. Now, I'm not sure if this is the correct format or forum to place this in, So If I mess up I give full permission to any staff to move this or give me the correct format... Now to start with my Multiple Problems: Problem A: My computer is What I'd say is Low-End, It's got an I-5 processor and a Intel HD Graphics Card 3000 (I think, And Not sure what others) It can run other games pretty good, low FPS mainly but good (Minecraft, Arma 2, Arma 3 and Emergency 4, Company of heroes) but how ever with Grand Theft Auto IV it crashes like crazy, lags almost always and just in general has tons of problems, If anyone could please tell me what I should put in my Commandline, and my settings as. Problem B: Multiplayer always kicks me out for "Computer is running too slow"... Now, I'm not sure if anyone else gets this, but it's quite annoying. Can't go At most 10 minutes without being kicked out. Which really sucks. Anyhow, If anyone could tell me how to fix that it'd be much appreciated! :) P.S. So, the problem i'm having today, is that for whatever reason, my computer will not let me play multiplayer with others. It was fine with just one person earlier, but now. it forces me to leave the game. And says; "Your computer is running too slow" Does anyone know how they can help me? My gamertag is; OPFD Engine 41
