This started off as a joke with myself in an attempt to re-voice the GTAIV dispatch to make him sound more... retro and emotional. Using my bad quality microphone (police scanner filter, am I right?) and a lot of free time I barked all the lines of the dispatcher into the microphone and created this monstrosity of a voice replacement pack. It took me a week. This pack is in no way shape or form good, but it's probably fun to hear for a few....seconds... Doesn't help that I recorded this when I was 18 years old so that makes it double as annoying. Just thought I'd upload it instead of letting it go to waste. Features: >An annoying 18 year old dispatch who speaks from his nose with a potato-powered microphone. >Some unnecessarily changed words. (Such as "A drug deal" --> "Possible dealing of illegal contraband", "Helicopter" --> "Chopper" >Headache. Installation: Extract "PoliceScanner" in the Plugins\LCPDFR folder, or something. (My GTA IV is uninstalled right now so I don't remember where exactly.) Remember to make a backup of your original policescanner folder...
