If you mean the "Highway Patrol" I guess it's for visability E.G. if it's a slicktop and you only see the back they might want you to know that the CHP are going to catch 'ya if you do anything stupid? Honestly I have no clue :)

I believe you just have to sign a form and you'll get a partnership. Can't remmember the site but it gives anyone partnership the only con with it is that you won't earn any money what so ever. But you'll be free to post LCPD videos!

Hey everybody! Alright so I've just released my CHP 2013 Ford Explorer Texture pack and I think I did a pretty good job with it. I've always loved the CHP and I've been waiting for a pack like this for a while now, but nothing got released so I took matters into my own hands. Hereby I present the Texture pack by Crizby Hope you enjoy the textures and please (I can't ask you enough) but give me feedback and rate my work so I know what to improve. Hey! Thanks man :) I've played LCPDFR a while now but recently started to make my own skins, not only that, but to also be active on the forums. If you check my profile tomarrow you should be able to download my latest skin pack which is the CHP 2013 Explorer's Black & White (Standard) & the White "stealth" skin. Anyways always nice to meet a fellow Swede in the cyber space

I don't really like Swedish police cars, except for the mighty SAAB 9-5, looks awsome if you ask me. But we all know what happened to SAAB :'( I've never been a fan of Volvo but we are getting better and better, E.G. The new Mercedez squad cars are growing in population (Here in Stockholm) and I love it, same with the brand new BMW police cars we're buying. However being 25% American (Yay) I just love the CVPI, it just never gets old if you ask me we should keep making those until the day everyone dies (If that happens). But life goes on I guess but I just have to say that the 2013 Explorer (with CHP theme) is lookin' good :)

California highway Patrol 2013 Ford Explorer Textures (Crizby) I took the time to make these two textures because I thought that they were missing, all you could find with a "CHP search" were some CVPI's, Charger's & one Explorer texture. So, me loving the new Explorer decided not to wait but to make my own textures to use and they turned out pretty good I have to say. The problem I have is that I can't use templates with my Paint for unknown reasons so I have to try out the skin and take loads of pictures to make it as good as it can be. There might be som white stuff on the passenger door and unclear "Highway Patrol" text in the back of the white "stealth" texture.
